Sloik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 10 lutego 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik ze szkla przeznaczony glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie jego czesci zbiornikowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia sloik z boku, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia dno sloika, Fig. 3 - uwidacznia sloik z góry, natomiast fotografia Fig. 4 - przedstawia sloik w widok ogólnym. Sloik posiada czesc zbiornikowa, w postaci niskiej bryly majacej ksztalt scietego od góry prostego ostroslupa o podstawie kwadratu. Wszystkie jego kra- wedzie sa zaokraglone, przy czym stosunek dlugosci krawedzi jego podstawy do dlugosci krawedzi jego wierzchu do wysokosci jego scianek bocznych ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak 6 : 5: 3. Na scietym wierzcholku tego ostroslupa usytuowanyjest otwór wlewowy w postaci szerokiej pierscieniowej wystajacej szyjki pokrytej gwintem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej sloika, majacej ksztalt scietego od góry prostego ostroslupa o podstawie kwadratu. The subject of the industrial design is a glass jar intended primarily for packaging cosmetics. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in the shape of its container part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottom of the jar, Fig. 3 shows the jar from above, while the photograph Fig. 4 shows a general view of the jar. The container part of the jar is a low block in the shape of a straight pyramid truncated at the top with a square base. All its edges are rounded, with the ratio of the length of the edge of its base to the length of the edge of its top to the height of its side walls being approximately 6:5:3. At the truncated top of this pyramid is a pouring opening in the form of a wide, annular, protruding neck covered with threading. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the container portion of the jar, which has the shape of a straight pyramid with a square base truncated at the top. All its edges are rounded, with the ratio of the length of the edge of its base to the length of the edge of its top and to the height of its side walls being approximately 6:5:3.
