Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, sluzacy do przechowywania w nim plynów lub materialów sypkich, a takze majacy zastosowanie jako wazon dla kwiatów lub innych ozdób. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku na, którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig.3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt bryly zblizonej do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach, posiadajacej naprzeciwlegle dwie powierzchnie pionowe plaskie, nawzajem równolegle i dwie powierzchnie wypukle, cylindryczna szyjke osadzona na podstawie, której wielkosc i zblizonydo owalnego ksztalt powierzchni sa takie same jak wielkosc i ksztalt powierzchni podstawy tego pojemnika. Szyjka ma w górnej czesci wywiniety na zewnatrz kolnierz. Ponadto stosunek szerokosci pojemnika w widoku z przodu do jego wysokosci wynosi okolo 0,29, zas stosunek szerokosci boku pojemnika do jego wysokosci wynosi okolo 0,21, a stosunek szerokosci sciany wypuklej do sciany plaskiej wynosi okolo 0,73, jak pokazano na rysunku: fig. 1 - fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the top. The essential features of the industrial design are that the container, according to the industrial design, has a shape close to a cuboid with rounded corners, two opposing vertical flat surfaces parallel to each other, two convex surfaces, a cylindrical neck mounted on a base, the size and almost oval shape of which are the same as the size and shape of the container's base. The neck has an outwardly turned collar at the top. Furthermore, the ratio of the width of the container in a front view to its height is approximately 0.29, the ratio of the width of the container side to its height is approximately 0.21, and the ratio of the width of the convex wall to the width of the flat wall is approximately 0.73, as shown in the drawing: Fig. 1 - Fig. 3.
