Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru, a fig.2 - druga odmiane wzoru. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the object, manifested in its shape, design, and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in two variations in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the design, and Fig. 2 the second variation of the design. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variation are that the vase is a bulging, squat container, gently tapering upwards into a neck around which spiral lines run. The surface of the vase according to the first variation of the industrial design is transparent and glossy. The essential features of the industrial design according to the second variation are that the vase is a bulging, oval container, gently tapering upwards into a neck around which spiral lines run.
