POJEMNIK Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia ^ stycznia 2006r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim róznych drobnych przedmiotów, a takze sluzacy jako wazonik, pojemnik na swiece wodne, zelowe lub naczynie dekoracyjne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i material, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografii, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, zas fig. 3 przedstawia przykladowe pojemniki o róznej wielkosci. Pojemnik, zgodnie z wzorem, jest ze szkla i moze byc wykonany w zestawach o róznej wielkosci.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest uksztaltowany w formie odwróconego, scietego ostroslupa, którego boczne scianki sa zbiezne ku dolowi, a w widoku z dolu i z góry ma ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym wysokosc pojemnika jest równa dlugosci krawedzi górnej pojemnika, ponadto podstawa pojemnika jest wglebiona od spodu, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is a container intended for holding various small items, as well as serving as a vase, a container for water or gel candles, or a decorative vessel. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and materials, suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 - the container from the top, and Fig. 3 shows sample containers of various sizes. The container, according to the design, is made of glass and can be made in sets of different sizes. Essential features of the industrial design The container, according to the industrial design, is shaped in the form of an inverted, truncated pyramid, the side walls of which converge downwards, and in the view from below and from above it has the shape of a square, wherein the height of the container is equal to the length of the upper edge of the container, moreover, the base of the container is recessed from the bottom, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 to fig. 3.
