Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wazonu nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i material, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of the pattern is the new form of the vase given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material, which can be recreated over and over again.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci rysunków i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek wazonu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przekrój pionowy wazonu wzdluz jego osi, zas fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie wazonu w widoku perspektywicznym. The subject of the industrial design is shown on the attached illustrative material in the form of drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the vase in front view, Fig. 2 - a vertical section of the vase along its axis, and Fig. 3 shows photographs of the vase in a perspective view.
Wazon, zgodnie z wzorem, jest ze szkla. The vase is made of glass according to the pattern.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wazon, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest uksztaltowany w formie odwróconego, scietego stozka, zbieznego ku dolowi, przy czym stosunek wysokosci wazonu do srednicy otworu w jego górnej czesci wynosi okolo 1,7, zas stosunek srednicy otworu oraz srednicypodstawy wazonu jest zblizony do 1,4, ponadto podstawa wazonu ma od spodu wglebienie, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz na fotografii - fig. 3.Fig . 1 Fig . 2Fig. 3Important features of the industrial design The vase, according to the industrial design, is shaped in the form of an inverted, truncated cone, converging downwards, the ratio of the height of the vase to the diameter of the opening in its upper part is approximately 1.7, and the ratio of the opening diameter and the vase base diameter is similar to 1.4, moreover, the base of the vase has a recess on the underside, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2 and in the photo of Fig. 3. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3
