Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota, brylantu oraz tanzanitu.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - a ring, manifested in an original design and workmanship. The pattern can be made of, for example, white gold, diamond and tanzanite.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached figures 1 - 3, where: - in Fig. 1 - a view of a ring, - in Fig. 2 - a view of a ring holder, - in Fig. 3 - a side view of the ring.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek o oprawie zblizonej do prostokatnej ze scietymi naroznikami, posiada centralny kamien osmiokatny o scietych naroznikach oprawiony w krapy, otoczony brzegiem. Brzeg wysadzany kamieniami. Szyna o przekroju prostokatnym na koncach rozdzielona w ten sposób, ze jej dolna czesc tworzy zamknieta obraczke a górna czesc od polowy wysokosci szyny na górnej powierzchni ozdobiona kamieniami dochodzi do bocznych scian brzegu.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3Significant features of an industrial design: a ring with a rectangular frame with cut corners, a central octagonal stone with cut corners, framed with flaps, surrounded by a rim.
