Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota, brylantu oraz tanzanitu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z kamieniem centralnym mocowanym w czterech solidnych krapach. Brzeg odsuniety od kamienia o grubosc krap, wysadzany na powierzchni górnej i bocznej kamieniami. Szyna fantazyjna zwezajaca sie ku dolowi. Górna czesc rozdzielona i jej konce podgiete ku górze podtrzymuja brzeg. Od swego srodka szyna wysadzana kamieniami na górnych i bocznych powierzchniach. Pod brzegiem z obu stron pasek laczacy konce szyn i tez wysadzany kamieniami. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold, diamond, and tanzanite. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a ring with a central stone mounted in four solid prongs. The edge is set back from the stone by the thickness of the prongs, set with stones on the top and sides. A fancy band tapers downward. The upper part is divided and its ends are curved upward to support the band. From its center, the rail is set with stones on the top and sides. Below the edge, on both sides, a strip connects the ends of the rails and is also set with stones.
