Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota, brylantu oraz tanzanitu.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - a ring, manifested in an original design and workmanship. The pattern can be made of, for example, white gold, diamond and tanzanite.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached figures 1 - 3, where: - in Fig. 1 - a view of a ring, - in Fig. 2 - a view of a ring holder, - in Fig. 3 - a side view of the ring.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z kamieniem centralnym mocowanym w czterech solidnych krapach. Brzeg odsuniety od kamienia o grubosc krap, wysadzany na powierzchni górnej i bocznej kamieniami. Szyna fantazyjna zwezajaca sie ku dolowi. Górna czesc rozdzielona i jej konce podgiete ku górze podtrzymuja brzeg. Od swego srodka szyna wysadzana kamieniami na górnych i bocznych powierzchniach. Pod brzegiem z obu stron pasek laczacy konce szyn i tez wysadzany kamieniami. Important features of an industrial design: a ring with a central stone mounted in four solid locks.
