Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego zlota z diamentami.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - a ring, manifested in an original design and workmanship. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached figures 1 - 3, where: - in Fig. 1 - a view of a ring, - in Fig. 2 - a view of a ring holder, - in Fig. 3 - a side view of the ring.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek zbudowany z dwóch podobnych do siebie elementów. Jednego gladkiego, lekko zaokraglonego i drugiego szerszego wysadzanego dwoma rzedami kamieni. Kamienie w rzedach oprawione w korny w ten sposób, ze kamien z jednego rzedu wypada jak gdyby miedzy kamieniami drugiego rzedu. Oba elementy polaczono nakladajac element z kamieniami na element gladki i lekko przesuwajac wokól osi pierscionka. Tak polaczone elementy przechodza z dwóch stron we wspólna szyne zwezajaca sie ku dolowi i lekko zaokraglona. 12 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3Important features of an industrial design: a ring made of two similar elements.
