Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiada oprawe - czterokrapowa - kwadratowa z boku w ksztalcie lukowatej litery V. Krapy solidne. W czesci dolnej wysadzane kamieniami. Szyna pierscionka solidna rozszerzajaca sie ku oprawie z poziomym trójkatnym wcieciem. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a setting – four-pointed – square on the side in the shape of an arched V. The points are solid. The lower part is set with stones. The ring has a solid band, widening towards the setting with a horizontal triangular indentation.
