Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu — pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z zóltego zlota z diamentami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok pierscionka z przodu, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiadajacy szyne pólokragla rozdwajajaca sie ku górze na waskie pólokragle elementy, które na górze pierscionka krzyzuja sie ze soba przyjmujac ksztalt wydluzonej ósemki. Z jednej strony pierscionka z miejsca rozdwojenia szyny wyprowadzono trzeci element który góra przechodzi po skosie nad skrzyzowanymi elementami nieco obok miejsca skrzyzowania i dochodzi do drugiego konca szyny na zewnatrz od rozdwojenia szyny. Element ten jest wysadzany kamieniami oprawionymi w korny i r o dowany.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product—the ring—revealed in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of yellow gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 - a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 - a front view of the ring, - Fig. 3 - a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a semicircular band that splits upward into narrow semicircular elements, which intersect at the top of the ring, taking the shape of an elongated figure eight. On one side of the ring, a third element extends from the rail split, its top extending diagonally over the crossed elements, slightly past the intersection, and reaching the other end of the rail, just outside the split.
