Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantem. Przedmiote m wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku, Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: szeroki pierscionek azurowy, ma boki ozdobione przepaskami wysadzanymi kamieniami. Kamien centralny okragly, oprawiony w pelna oprawe. Srodek miedzy przepaskami wypelniony azurem z przepasek i trójkatów wlozonych w geometryczne wzory. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with a diamond. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 – view of the ring, - Fig. 3 – side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a wide open-work ring, its sides decorated with bands set with stones. The central stone is round, set in a full setting. The center between the bands is filled with azure made of bands and triangles inserted in geometric patterns. The entire piece is set with stones set in crowns.
