Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego zlota z diamentami i ametystem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z okraglym kamieniem oprawionym w pelna oprawe koniczna. W oprawie w poprzek pierscionka mocne wypilowanie w ksztalcie litery „V". Szyna pierscionka o przekroju prostokatnym szeroka, zwezajaca sie ku dolowi. Powierzchnia szyny przy oprawie z obu stron ozdobiona dwoma rzedami oprawionych w korny kamieni.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLR i n g The subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and amethyst. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a ring with a round stone set in a full conical setting. The setting has a strong V-shaped filing across the ring. The ring's rectangular cross-section is wide and tapers downwards. The surface of the rail at the setting is decorated on both sides with two rows of stones set in cornices.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PL
