Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - naszyjnika, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i szafirami.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - a necklace, manifested in an original design and workmanship. The pattern can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and sapphires.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 -3, gdzie - Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok naszyjnika, - Fig. 2 - widok naszyjnika z boku, - Fig. 3 - fragment naszyjnika w zblizeniu.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached figures Fig. 1 -3, where - Fig. 1 - shows a view of the necklace, - Fig. 2 - a side view of the necklace, - Fig. 3 - a close-up fragment of the necklace.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: naszyjnik zbudowany z trzynastu elementów z kamieniami i z elementów bez kamieni. Kamienie centralne owalne oprawione w cztery krapy i na podbudowie. Krapy stanowia dystans miedzy oprawka a soczewkowym brzegiem wysadzanym kamieniami oprawionymi w krapki. Elementy polaczone miedzy soba lacznikami zbudowanymi z czterech opraw szarmierowych z krapami.
