Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - naszyjnika, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i topazem.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - a necklace, manifested in an original design and workmanship. The pattern can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and topaz.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-4, gdzie - Fig. 1 przedstawia widok naszyjnika, - Fig. 2 - widok naszyjnika z boku, - Fig. 3 - fragment naszyjnika w zblizeniu.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached figures 1-4, where - Fig. 1 shows a view of the necklace, - Fig. 2 - a side view of the necklace, - Fig. 3 - a close-up fragment of the necklace.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: naszyjnik, gdzie wisior zbudowany jest z kamienia w ksztalcie markizy oprawionego w cztery krapy i dwóch rozdzielonych brzegów w ksztalcie wrzeciona, które na jednym koncu lacza sie i koncza ogniwem posredniczacym zbudowanym z oprawki pelnej.
