Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego i rózowego zlota z diamentami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiada wyprowadzone ze wspólnej szyny cztery elementy. Dwa biale z oprawionymi kamieniami i dwa czerwone gladkie pólokragle. Elementy biale przechodza góra pierscionka po skosie na druga strone szyny. Srodkowy element czerwony przechodzi po skosie nad pierwszym elementem i pod drugim elementem z kamieniami. Zewnetrzny element czerwony tez przechodzi po skosie, ale pod pierwszym elementem i nad drugim elementem bialym z kamieniami.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLR i n g The subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white and rose gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has four elements derived from a common rail. Two white elements with set stones and two smooth semicircular red elements. The white elements extend diagonally from the top of the ring to the other side of the rail. The central red element extends diagonally above the first element and below the second element with stones.
