Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego i rózowego lub zóltego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek, gdzie z szerokiej lekko zaokraglonej szyny wychodza cztery elementy, centralnie sie krzyzujace. Dwa biale z oprawionymi w korny kamieniami, jeden czerwony i jeden bialy. Skrajny bialy element, gladki pólokragly przechodzi z prawej strony szyna górna pierscionka na dól na lewa skrajna strone. Dwa elementy z kamieniami przechodza z lewej strony szyny góra nad pojedynczym bialym elementem na prawa strone pod elementem czerwonym. Czerwony element tez gladki i pólokragly przechodzi po skosie góra nad bialymi elementami z kamieniami na druga strone i laczy sie z szyna miedzy lewym gladkim bialym elementem a elementami z kamieniami.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white, pink, or yellow gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a ring with four elements emerging from a wide, slightly rounded rail, intersecting in the center. Two white elements with stones set in corners, one red, and one white. The outermost white element, smooth, semicircular, runs from the right side of the ring's upper rail down to the bottom left. Two stone elements run from the left side of the rail, above a single white element, to the right side, below a red element. A red element, also smooth and semicircular, runs diagonally above the white stone elements to the other side, connecting to the rail between the left smooth white element and the stone elements.
