Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i tanzanitem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiada kamien centralny oprawiony w cztery krapy i otoczony wysadzanym kamieniami brzegiem. Element ten osadzony jest na azurowej konicznej podbudowie, która w górnej czesci ozdobiona jest na obwodzie kamieniami. Równiez elementy pionowe laczace góre podbudowy z bizem sa ozdobione kamieniami. Szyna o przekroju kwadratowym dzieli sie na srodku w poziomie na dwie czesci: dolna z grawerunkiem imitujacym malenkie kamienie i górna wysadzana od mniej wiecej polowy wysokosci szyny na górnej powierzchni i na powierzchniach bocznych, kamieniami oprawionymi w korny. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and tanzanite. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a central stone set in four spots and surrounded by a stone-encrusted rim. This element is set on an openwork conical base, the upper part of which is decorated with stones along the circumference. The vertical elements connecting the top of the base to the bezel are also decorated with stones. The square-section rail is divided horizontally in the middle into two parts: the lower one with engraving imitating tiny stones, and the upper one, from approximately halfway up the rail's height, on the upper surface and on the sides, set with stones set in cornices.
