Ozdoba znicza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza i jej odmiany, przeznaczone do umieszczania jej w szczególnosci na podstawkach zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, natomiast fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.2 i fig.4 - przedstawiaja barwne postacie wzoru i jego odmiany. Na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.2 przedstawiono wzór i jego odmiane w widoku z przodu, natomiast na ilustracji fig.3 i fig.4 przedstawiono odmiany wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym z góry. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustration 1, while figures 2, 3, and 4 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design, with figures 2 and 4 depicting colored forms of the design and its variants. Figures 1 and 2 show the design and its variant from a front view, while figures 3 and 4 present variants of the design in a perspective view from above. List of industrial design variants: 1) grave light ornament - figure 1, 2) colored grave light ornament - figure 2, 3) grave light ornament with stand - figure 3, 4) colored grave light ornament with stand - figure 4. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - a candle ornament - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel, visible from the front, in the form of a kneeling woman with wings, holding flowers that partially fall on the flat surface constituting the base of the ornament, wherein - the base of the ornament is made in an arc, and on its side there is an inscription: "Jesus, I trust in You". The three-dimensional form of the design without designating the colours is submitted for protection. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a colored grave candle ornament - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel, generally visible from the front, in the form of a kneeling woman with wings, who holds flowers, falling partially onto a flat surface constituting the base of the ornament, wherein - the base of the ornament is made in an arc, and on its side there is an inscription: "Jesus, I trust in You"; - the element is essentially made in black with a gold wash. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 - a grave candle ornament with a base - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel, generally visible from the front, in the form of a kneeling woman with wings, who holds flowers, falling partially onto a flat surface constituting the base of the ornament, wherein - the base of the ornament is made in an arc, and on its side there is an inscription: "Jesus, I trust in You"; — the element is placed vertically on a flat, essentially horizontal filling of the base, from which emerges an asymmetrically placed round ring that limits the opening in the base, wherein — the flat part of the base passes into the side wall of the base, the lower outline of which is an oval; The three-dimensional form of the design variation without designating the colours is submitted for protection. The essential feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 4 - a colourful ornament for a grave candle with a base - is that: — it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel, visible from the front, in the form of a kneeling woman with wings, who holds flowers that partially fall on the flat surface constituting the base of the ornament, wherein — the base of the ornament is made in an arc, and on its side wall there is the inscription: "Jesus, I trust in You"; — the element is placed vertically on a flat, essentially horizontal filling of the base, from which emerges an asymmetrically placed round ring that limits the opening in the base, wherein- 3 - — the flat part of the base merges with the side wall of the base, the lower outline of which is an oval; — both the grave candle decoration and the base are made essentially in black with a gold wash.
