Podstawka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania na nich swiec. Stanowia one jednoczesnie zabezpieczenie i dekoracje, zwlaszcza dla zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.1a, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.1 - przedstawia podstawke w widoku z góry, natomiast fig.1a i fig.2 - przedstawiaja podstawke i jej odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) podstawka - fig. 1 i fig. la, 2) barwna podstawka - fig.2. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.1a - podstawki - jest to, ze: — stanowi ja element, którego dolny obrys przypomina ksztaltem prostokat, którego krótsze boki sa zaokraglone; — powierzchnia tego elementu, powyzej jego dolnej krawedzi wznosi sie lagodnym lukiem niemal pionowo do góry, tworzac nieznacznie wypukle zgrubienie przypominajace cokól; — powyzej zgrubienia, boczna powierzchnia wznosi sie dalej niemal pionowo do góry, przy czym jest ona nieznacznie lukowato wygieta do srodka elementu, tak ze w efekcie, w stosunku do zgrubienia jest ona nieco cofnieta w kierunku srodka elementu; — nastepnie, pionowa powierzchnia elementu lukowato przechodzi w zaokraglony brzeg elementu, po czym obniza sie az do widocznego, plaskiego, zasadniczo poziomego wypelnienia, stanowiacego dno podstawki, przy czym — w dnie widoczne sa przelotowe otwory; — po obwodzie pionowej powierzchni bocznej tego elementu widoczny jest ozdobny ornament, który tworzy pas ulozonych scisle obok siebie nadlewów w ksztalcie listków. They provide both protection and decoration, particularly for grave candles, candles, and oil lamps. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 shows its next form, i.e. a variant of the industrial design, where Fig. 1 shows the stand from above, while Fig. 1a and Fig. 2 show the stand and its variant in a perspective view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - the stand - is that: — it is an element whose lower outline resembles a rectangle whose shorter sides are rounded; — the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises in a gentle arc almost vertically upwards, creating a slightly convex bulge resembling a plinth; — above the bulge, the side surface continues to rise almost vertically upwards, and is slightly bent in an arc-like manner towards the centre of the element, so that, in effect, in relation to the bulge, it is slightly recessed towards the centre of the element; — then, the vertical surface of the element passes in an arc into the rounded edge of the element, after which it lowers down to a visible, flat, essentially horizontal filling, constituting the bottom of the base, wherein — through holes are visible in the bottom; — a decorative ornament is visible along the perimeter of the vertical side surface of this element, which is formed by a band of closely spaced leaf-shaped risers. The protection is applied for in the form of a three-dimensional design without designating colours.- 2 - An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a coloured base - is that: - it is an element whose lower outline resembles a rectangle whose shorter sides are rounded; - the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises in a gentle arc almost vertically upwards, creating a slightly convex bulge resembling a plinth; - above the bulge, the side surface rises further almost vertically upwards, and is slightly bent in an arc towards the centre of the element, so that, in effect, in relation to the bulge, it is slightly recessed towards the centre of the element; — then, the vertical surface of the element arcs into the rounded edge of the element, and then descends until it reaches the visible, flat, essentially horizontal filling, which constitutes the bottom of the base, wherein — through holes are visible in the bottom; — on the perimeter of the vertical side surface of this element, a decorative ornament is visible, which forms a strip of closely spaced leaf-shaped risers; — the element is made essentially in black, while the decorative ornament is made in black with a gold rubbing.Fig.1 Fig.1 a Fig.2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
