Podstawka znicza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka znicza i jej odmiany, przeznaczone do umieszczania w nich w szczególnosci zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig.1a, natomiast fig.2, fig.3 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym na ilustracji fig.1a - przedstawiono podstawke znicza w widoku z góry, fig.1, fig.2 i fig.3 - przedstawiaja podstawke i jej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast na ilustracji fig.2a i fig.3a - przedstawiono dodatkowo same dekoracje znicza, widziane z przodu. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. Fig. 1a shows the grave light base from above, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 show the base and its variants in a perspective view, while Fig. 2a and Fig. 3a additionally show the grave light decorations themselves, seen from the front. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) grave light base - Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) grave light base with decoration - Fig. 2, 3) grave light base with decoration - Fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - a candle stand - is that: - it consists of a bottom element, the lower outline of which resembles an oval, with four elongated, slightly protruding protrusions evenly distributed around the circumference of this oval, - in the middle of the bottom element there is a round opening, and the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise slightly and almost vertically upwards, and then pass in gentle arcs, creating annular bulges resembling a plinth, up to the central opening surrounded by a ring, wherein - the annular bulges have a cross-section slightly smaller than the outline of the lower element, and additionally the second one has a cross-section slightly smaller than the cross-section of the first bulge, and between the annular bulges, - 2 - and the central opening of the stand, on one of the its side has a visible horizontal filling, — on the described element, in place of the longitudinal protrusions, there are decorations of flower heads, seen from above. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a candle holder with decoration - is that: - it consists of a lower element whose lower outline resembles an oval, with four elongated, slightly protruding protrusions evenly distributed around the circumference of this oval, - in the middle of the lower element there is a round opening, and the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise slightly and almost vertically upwards, after which they pass in gentle arcs, creating annular bulges resembling a plinth, up to the central opening surrounded by a ring, wherein - the annular bulges have a cross-section slightly smaller than the outline of the lower element, and in addition the second one has a cross-section slightly smaller than the cross-section of the first bulge, and between the annular bulges and the central opening of the holder, on one of its sides there is a visible horizontal filling, — on the described element, in the place of longitudinal protrusions, decorations of flower heads, seen from above, were placed, and additionally — on the horizontal part of the described element, an upward decoration was placed, whereby — the decorations constitute a composition in which folded hands are visible, shown against the background of leaves and three loosely folded stems with flowers.
