Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament swiateczny, stanowiacy kompozycje motywów zwiazanych ze swietami Bozego Narodzenia, przeznaczona do nanoszenia zwlaszcza na materialach wlókienniczych, a takze na dowoinych materialach i wyrobach, w tym na papierze lub na tworzywach, przy czym ornament swiateczny wykonany moze byc w dowolnej kolorystyce oraz w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorystycznych i odcieniach uzytych kolorów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, przedstawiajacej odmiany ornamentu swiatecznego, gdzie: - fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane ornamentu swiatecznego, stanowiacego kompozycje skladajaca sie z galazek drzewa iglastego, lisci, galazek z liaceii oraz z owocnikami, stanowiacych tlo ornamentu, na którym umieszczony jest wizerunek kwiatu, z obustronnie umieszczonymi dzwoneczkami, kazdy z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobionymi fantazyjna ornamentacja w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, a nad kwiatem umieszczone sa plonace swiece o róznej wysokosci, z których jedna jest kulista a druga w ksztalcie walca, obie ozdobione wizerunkiem stopionej stearyny, nad którymi rozmieszczone sa kofiscie gwiazdki rozdzielone elementami kolistymi; Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze ornament swiateczny stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z galazek drzewa iglastego, lisci, galazek z liscmi oraz z owocnikami, stanowiacych tlo ornamentu, na którym umieszczony jest wizerunek kwiatu lub dwóch kwiatów wraz z wizerunkiem dzwoneczka z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobionego fantazyjna ornamentacja w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, albo wizerunek bombki ozdobionej fantazyjnymi elementami w postaci pasa z naniesionymi kropkami, który jednostronnie ozdobiony jest trójkatnymi elementami oraz promieniscie rozmieszczonymi liniami zakonczonymi elementami kolistymi, albo wizerunek dwóch dzwoneczków z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobionych fantazyjna ornamentacja w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, natomiast obok tych elementów wzoru przemyslowego umieszczone sa szyszki albo dzwonki z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobione fantazyjna ornamentacja w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, zas w górnej czesci ornamentu znajduja sie plonace swiece o róznej wysokosci, z których jedna jest kulista a druga w ksztalcie walca, obie ozdobione wizerunkiem stopionej stearyny, albo dwie plonace swiece w ksztalcie walca, umieszczone w róznej wysokosci, takze ozdobione wizerunkiem stopionej stearyny. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, showing varieties of a Christmas ornament, where: - Fig. 1 shows the first variety of a Christmas ornament, being a composition consisting of coniferous tree twigs, leaves, lilac twigs and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a flower, with bells placed on both sides, each with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful ornamentation in the form of curved lines and dots, and above the flower there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other in the shape of a cylinder, both decorated with an image of melted stearin, above which there are coin-shaped stars separated by circular elements; - Fig. 2 shows the second type of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a bauble decorated with fanciful elements in the form of a strip with dots, which is decorated with triangular elements on one side, and above it there are radially placed lines ending with circular elements, while on both sides of the bauble there are bells, each with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful ornamentation in the form of curved lines and dots, and above the bauble there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other in the shape of a cylinder, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, above which are placed stars separated by circular elements; - Fig. 3 shows the third type of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a flower with cones placed on both sides, and above the flower there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other in the shape of a cylinder, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, above which there are stars arranged in a circle, separated by circular elements; - Fig. 4 shows the fourth variety of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a bauble decorated with fanciful elements in the form of a strip with applied dots, which is decorated with triangular elements on one side, and above it there are radially placed lines ending with circular elements, with pine cones placed on both sides of the bauble, and above the bauble there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other in the shape of a cylinder, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, above which there are circular stars separated by circular elements; - Fig. 5 shows the fifth type of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of two bells with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful elements in the form of curved lines and dots, with pine cones placed on both sides of the bells, and above the bells there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other in the shape of a cylinder, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, above which there are circular stars separated by circular elements; - Fig. 6 shows the sixth variety of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous tree branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a flower with cones placed on both sides, and above the flower there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other in the shape of a cylinder, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, with rays of different lengths arranged in circles above each of them; - Fig. 7 shows the eighth variety of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a flower with cones placed on both sides, and above the flower there are burning candles in the shape of a cylinder, at different heights, both decorated with an image of melted stearin, and above the candles there are dots of different diameters, creating the shape of connected hemispheres; - Fig. & shows the seventh variety of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a flower with pine cones placed on both sides, and above the flower there are burning cylindrical candles at different heights, both decorated with an image of melted stearin; - Fig. 9 shows the ninth variety of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a bell with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful elements in the form of curved lines and dots, as well as an image of pine cones, while above these elements there are two flowers, above which there are burning cylindrical candles at different heights, both decorated with an image of melted stearin, and above the candles there are rays of different lengths arranged in a circular pattern, as well as stars and dots; - Fig. 10 shows the tenth variety of Christmas ornament, which is a composition consisting of coniferous branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a bell with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful elements in the form of curved lines and dots, as well as an image of pine cones, while above these elements there are two flowers, above which there are burning cylindrical candles at different heights, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, and above the candles there are stars arranged in a circle, separated by circular elements. The essential features of an industrial design are that the Christmas ornament is a composition consisting of coniferous tree branches, leaves, branches with leaves and fruiting bodies, constituting the background of the ornament, on which there is an image of a flower or two flowers together with the image of a bell with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful ornamentation in the form of bent lines and dots, or an image of a bauble decorated with fanciful elements in the form of a strip with applied dots, which is decorated on one side with triangular elements and radially placed lines ending with circular elements, or an image of two bells with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful ornamentation in the form of bent lines and dots, and next to these elements of the industrial design there are pine cones or bells with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful ornamentation in the form of bent lines and dots, and in the upper part of the ornament there are burning candles of different heights, one of which is spherical and the other cylindrical, both decorated with the image of melted stearin, or two burning cylindrical candles placed at different heights, also decorated with the image of melted stearin. In the upper part of the Christmas ornament, above the burning candles, stars are arranged in a circle separated by circular elements, or rays of different lengths are arranged in a circle with stars and dots; either the rays are arranged in a circle above each candle, or dots of different diameter are arranged above each candle, creating the shape of connected hemispheres, or the ornament is devoid of these elements.
