Podstawka z szyszkami Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka z szyszkami i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania w nich w szczególnosci zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration 1, while fig. 2 shows its next form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - a stand with cones - is that: - it is an element whose lower outline resembles a circle in the middle of which there is a round hole, - the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises vertically upwards, creating a bulge resembling a plinth, and then rises to the central hole surrounded by a ring, and - the surface is decorated with a decorative motif with its texture resembling intertwined coniferous branches on which several evenly spaced cones are arranged. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 2 - a colorful stand with cones - is that: - it is an element whose lower outline resembles a circle with a round hole in the center, - the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises vertically upwards, creating a bulge resembling a plinth, and then rises to the central hole surrounded by a ring, and - the surface is decorated with a decorative motif with its texture resembling intertwined coniferous branches on which several evenly spaced cones are placed, - the stand is made mainly in a washed green color, the coniferous branches are slightly silver-plated, while the cones are gold-colored.
