Dekoracja z rózami Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja z rózami i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania jej w szczególnosci na podstawkach zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. barwna odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiana przedstawione zostaly w widoku z przodu. The industrial design covers a rose decoration and its variants, intended for placement, in particular, on the bases of grave candles, candles, and oil lamps. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2 shows its next form, i.e., a colored variant of the industrial design, with both the design and its variant shown from the front. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - a decoration with roses - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of two rose flowers with leaves, held by two hands, whereby - one rose flower is placed slightly lower than the other, and the stem of the roses protrudes slightly from under the lower hand, - the hands are surrounded from below and slightly on the sides by an element imitating the shape of folded parts of clothing cuffs. An important feature of the industrial design presented in Fig. 2 - a colorful decoration - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of two rose flowers with leaves, held by two hands, whereby - one rose flower is placed slightly lower than the other, and the stem of the roses protrudes slightly from under the lower hand, - the hands are surrounded from below and slightly on the sides by an element imitating the shape of the folded fragments of the cuffs of the clothes, while - 2 - the rose flowers are essentially made in red and sprinkled with gold brocade, while the leaves are made in a rubbed green color, and the hands and fragments of the cuffs of the clothes are in the color of rubbed old gold. - 3 - Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PL PL PL PL
