Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig.2, fig.3, fig.4, fig.5 i fig.6 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.4, fig.5 i fig.6 - przedstawiaja barwne postacie wzoru i jego odmian. Na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.2 oraz fig.4 i fig.6 zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiany pokazane zostaly w widoku z góry, natomiast na ilustracji fig.3 i fig.5 - odmiany wzoru pokazano w widoku perspektywicznym po odpowiednim wygieciu. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design, with Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6 depicting colored forms of the design and its variants. In Figs. 1, 2, 4, and 6, both the design and its variants are shown from above, while in Figs. 3 and 5, the variants of the design are shown in a perspective view after being appropriately bent. List of industrial design varieties: 1) decoration - fig. 1, 2) four connected decorations arranged flat - fig. 2, 3) four connected decorations arranged spatially - fig. 3, 4) colorful decoration - fig. 4, 5) four connected colorful decorations arranged spatially - fig. 5, 6) four connected colorful decorations arranged flat - fig. 6. An essential feature of the industrial design presented in fig. 1 - decoration - is that: - it is an element imitating a composition fancifully arranged in the shape of a triangle, created from flower heads of various sizes, where - in the lower corner of the composition the largest flower is arranged, while in the other corners - smaller flowers and buds protruding beyond the outline of the triangle. Protection is sought for the spatial form of the design without designating the colors. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 – four connected decorations arranged flat – is that they consist of:- 2 – four decorations, each of which is an element imitating a fancifully arranged composition in the shape of a triangle, created from flower heads of different sizes, with the largest flower placed in the lower corner of the composition, while the remaining corners contain smaller flowers and buds protruding beyond the outline of the triangle; the decorations are connected to each other at equal distances between them – by a small, arc-shaped element, connecting adjacent flowers of subsequent decorations in the upper part, with the decorations facing each other with their lower parts, so that they create a fanciful figure whose outline resembles a quadrangle. The spatial form of the design variant is applied for protection, without designating the colors. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 3 – four connected decorations arranged spatially – is that they consist of: — four decorations, each of which is an element imitating a composition fancifully arranged in the shape of a triangle, made of flower heads of different sizes, whereby — the largest flower is placed in the lower corner of the composition, while in the other corners – smaller flowers and buds protruding beyond the outline of the triangle; — the decorations are connected to each other at equal distances between them – by a small, arched element, connecting in the upper part the adjacent flowers of the subsequent decorations, whereby — the decorations are turned towards each other with their backs, so that in effect they create a fanciful spatial figure, where the outline of the individual decorations is built into the side walls of the cuboid. The protection is sought for a three-dimensional form of the design variant without designating colors. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 – the colored decoration – is that: 3 – it is an element imitating a fancifully arranged composition in the shape of a triangle, made of flower heads of various sizes, whereby – the largest flower is placed in the lower corner of the composition, while the remaining corners contain smaller flowers and buds protruding beyond the outline of the triangle; – the decoration is made primarily in black embellished with blue and shiny glitter. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 5 – four colorful, connected decorations arranged spatially – is that they consist of: — four decorations, each of which is an element imitating a composition fancifully arranged in the shape of a triangle, made of flower heads of different sizes, whereby — the largest flower is placed in the lower corner of the composition, while in the other corners – smaller flowers and buds protruding beyond the outline of the triangle; — the decorations are connected to each other at equal distances between them – by a small, arched element, connecting in the upper part the adjacent flowers of subsequent decorations, whereby — the decorations are turned towards each other with their backs, so that in effect they create a fanciful spatial figure, where the outline of the individual decorations is built into the side walls of the cuboid; — the decorations are made primarily in black embellished with blue and shiny glitter.
