D ek o ra cj a Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania jej w szczególnosci na podstawkach zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. barwna odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiana przedstawione zostaly w widoku z przodu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1 - dekoracji - jest to, ze: — stanowi ja zasadniczo wypukly element imitujacy ksztaltem serce, na srodku którego wykonano w formie nadlewu zarys mniejszego serca, przy czym srodek wewnatrz zarysu stanowi gladka powierzchnia, natomiast po zewnetrznej stronie zarysu serca widoczne sa ulozone promieniscie niewielkie naciecia w ksztalcie wydluzonych lez, — wokól opisanego elementu ulozono wianuszek splecionych ze soba galazek i kwiatów róz. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2 shows its next form, i.e., a colored variant of the industrial design, with both the design and its variant presented from the front. List of industrial design variants: 1) decoration - Fig. 1, 2) colored decoration - Fig. 2. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - the decoration - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of a heart, in the middle of which an outline of a smaller heart has been made in the form of a mold, the center inside the outline being a smooth surface, while on the outside of the heart outline there are visible small radially arranged incisions in the shape of elongated tears, - a wreath of intertwined branches and rose flowers is arranged around the described element. An important feature of the industrial design presented in Fig. 2 - a colorful decoration - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of a heart, in the center of which an outline of a smaller heart is made in the form of a riser, where the center inside the outline is a smooth surface, while on the outside of the heart outline there are visible small radial cuts in the shape of elongated teardrops, - 2 - - a wreath of intertwined branches and rose flowers is arranged around the described element, - the convex part of the element with the teardrop-shaped cuts and the riser of this heart are made in the color of rubbed old gold, while the rose flowers are basically red, similarly to the inside of the heart outline, and the leaves are made in rubbed green.
