Podstawka znicza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka znicza i jej odmiany, przeznaczone do umieszczania w nich w szczególnosci zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l, natomiast fig.2, fig.2a, fig.4, fig.5 i fig.5a - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.4, fig.5 i fig.5a - przedstawiaja wzór i jego odmiany w wersji barwnej. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustration fig. 1, while fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 4, fig. 5, and fig. 5a present its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design, with fig. 4, fig. 5, and fig. 5a presenting the design and its color variants. Illustrations fig. 3 and fig. 6 show a decoration (a component of the product - a grave light base). List of variations of the industrial design: 1) grave light base with three decorations - fig. 1, 2) grave light base - fig. 2 and fig. 2a, 3) colored grave light base with three decorations - fig. 4, 4) colored grave light base - fig. 5 and fig. 5a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig.1 - a grave candle stand with three decorations - is that: - it comprises a bottom element that resembles a wreath lying flat on the ground, with a round hole in the center; - the surface of the described element is shaped to imitate a wreath woven from leaves and tulip flowers; - around the central hole are arranged - generally vertically - three decorations, each imitating a bouquet of three tulip flowers and leaves. An essential feature of the variation of the industrial design shown in fig.2 and fig.2a - a grave candle stand - is that: - it comprises a bottom element that resembles a wreath lying flat on the ground, with a round hole in the center; — the surface of the described element is shaped so as to imitate a wreath woven from leaves and tulip flowers. An important feature of the variation of the industrial design and the one shown in Fig. 4 - a colorful candle holder with three decorations - is that: — it consists of a lower element that resembles a wreath lying flat on the ground, in the center of which there is a round hole; — the surface of the described element is shaped so as to imitate a wreath woven from leaves and tulip flowers; — around the central hole there are three decorations arranged - generally vertically - each imitating a bouquet of three tulip flowers and leaves; — the holder is made generally in black, yellow and green. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 5a - a colored candle holder - is that: - it is a lower element that resembles a wreath lying flat on the ground, with a round hole in the center; - the surface of the described element is shaped in such a way that it imitates a wreath woven from tulip leaves and flowers; - the holder is made mainly in black, yellow, and green.
