The essence of the features of novelty and originality of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested by a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid, having a characteristic symmetrical base with a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces and also on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, whereby the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part the outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower edge an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip a above a stepped outline converging upwards, below which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal holes, and the side surfaces of the lamp have an outline of rectangles containing on the side edges vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened fragments of the surface imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass on the surface of which rests an openwork decorative element with the outline of a vertical ellipse surrounded by elements with the outline of arcs and spirals and inside it has a stylised outline of a flower with a stem and leaves or a decorative element with the outline of three flowers in red and yellow stems and green leaves or a decorative element with the outline of two green Christmas trees and a white drawing of snow, of which the taller Christmas tree has a golden peak and next to it a drawing of a star with a golden tail plume or a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of two burning candles in natural colours and above them two golden bells and next to them fanciful drawings of baubles, leaves, twigs in golden and white colours or a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of a wreath with laurel leaves having a finial in the upper part and an arc-shaped strip containing the inscription MEMENTO MORI in the lower part, where all the decorative elements have a golden surface colour or a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of two flowers having a surface made of small red balls and green leaves or a decorative element containing in the lower part the outline of a white lamb and next to it a bush with brown stems with white flowers and above is a drawing of a red flag. The subject of the industrial design, which is a votive candle, has been shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 - presents the first version of a votive candle with a characteristic symmetrical outline of a stylized cuboid, with a characteristic symmetrical base with a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces and also on symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, whereby the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has an outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part an outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with a stylized outline triangles, and at the lower edge an outline of a rectangle extended and protruding beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above it a stepped outline converging upwards, under which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have an outline of rectangles containing on the side edges vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, PL 20711 3 wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened fragments of the surface imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a mounted glass pane, on the surface of which rests an openwork decorative element with the outline of a vertical ellipse surrounded by elements with an outline arcs and spirals and inside it has a stylised outline of a flower with a stem and leaves; fig. 2 - shows the second variety of a votive lamp having, on its symmetrical side surfaces, rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass, on the surface of which rests a decorative element with the outline of three flowers in red colour and yellow stems and green leaves; fig. 3 - shows the third variety of a votive lamp having, on its symmetrical side surfaces, rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass, on the surface of which rests a decorative element with the outline of two green fir trees and a white drawing of snow, the taller fir tree of which has a golden peak and next to it a drawing of a star with a golden tail plume; fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of a votive lamp having on symmetrical side surfaces rectangular openings with arc-shaped outlines, corners containing embedded glass, on the surface of which rests a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of two burning candles in natural colours and above them two golden bells and next to them fanciful drawings of baubles, leaves, twigs in golden and white colours; fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of a votive lamp having on symmetrical side surfaces rectangular openings with arc-shaped outlines, corners containing embedded glass, on the surface of which rests a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of a wreath with laurel leaves having a finial in the upper part and an arched strip containing the inscription MEMENTO MORI in the lower part, with all decorative elements having a golden surface colour; Fig. 6 shows the sixth variety of a votive lamp having on its symmetrical side surfaces rectangular openings with arc-shaped corners containing embedded glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of two flowers with surfaces made of small red balls and green leaves; Fig. 7 shows the seventh variety of a votive lamp having on its symmetrical side surfaces rectangular openings with arc-shaped corners containing embedded glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element containing a decorative element containing in the lower part an outline of a white lamb and next to it a bush with brown stems with white flowers and above it a drawing of a red flag. The essential features of the votive lamp, according to the industrial design, shown in the illustration material fig. 1 - fig. 7, are manifested in the fact that it has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid, having a characteristic symmetrical base with a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces as well as on the placed at the corners of symmetrical supports whose lower surfaces have an outline extended beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, wherein the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part the outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two openings with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended and extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above it a stepped outline convergent upwards, below which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylized rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have the outline of rectangles containing vertical elements on the side edges with a series of longitudinal PL 20711 4 elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened fragments of the surface imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a mounted glass pane on the surface of which rests an openwork decorative element with the outline of a vertical ellipse surrounded by elements with the outline of arcs and spirals and inside it has a stylised outline of a flower with a stem and leaves or a decorative element with the outline of three flowers with a red colour and yellow stems and green leaves or a decorative element with the outline of two green Christmas trees with a white drawing of snow, of which the taller Christmas tree has a golden peak and next to it a drawing of a star with a golden tail plume or a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of two burning candles in natural colours and above them two golden bells and next to them fanciful drawings of baubles, leaves, twigs in golden and white colours or a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of a wreath with laurel leaves having a finial in the upper part and an arched band containing the inscription MEMENTO MORI in the lower part, wherein all decorative elements have a golden surface colour or a decorative element containing a fanciful outline of two flowers having a surface made of small red balls and green leaves or a decorative element containing in the lower part the outline of a white lamb and next to it a bush with brown stems with white flowers and above it a drawing of a red flag. The first type of votive lamp shown in Fig. 1 has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid having a characteristic symmetrical base having a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces as well as on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, wherein the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part an outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above it a stepped outline tapering upwards, under which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have an outline of rectangles containing on the side edges vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened fragments of the surface imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set glass pane, on the surface of which rests an openwork decorative element with the outline of a vertical ellipse surrounded by elements with the outline of arcs and spirals, and inside it has a stylised outline of a flower with a stem and leaves. The second type of the votive lamp shown in Fig. 2 has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid having a characteristic symmetrical base having a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces as well as on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, wherein the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part an outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above it a stepped outline tapering upwards, beneath which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have the outline of rectangles containing, on the side edges, vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a PL 20711 5 golden surface colour with darkened surface fragments imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element with the outline of three flowers with a red colour, yellow colour of the stems and green colour of the leaves. The third type of the votive lamp shown in Fig. 3 has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid having a characteristic symmetrical base having a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces as well as on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, whereby the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part the outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above it a stepped an outline converging upwards, beneath which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have the outline of rectangles containing, on the side edges, vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened surface fragments imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element with the outline of two green fir trees with a white drawing of snow, of which the higher fir tree has a golden peak placed and next to it a drawing of a star with a golden tail plume. The fourth type of the votive lamp shown in Fig. 4 has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid having a characteristic symmetrical base having a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces and also on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, wherein the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part the outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above it a stepped an outline converging upwards, under which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have the outline of rectangles containing on the side edges vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened fragments of the surface imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element with the outline of two burning candles in natural colours and above two golden bells and next to it fancy drawings of baubles, leaves, twigs in golden and white colours. The fifth type of the votive lamp shown in Fig. 5 has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid having a characteristic symmetrical base having a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces and also on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, whereby the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease towards the top, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part the outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp PL 20711 6 and above a stepped outline tapering upwards, below which there is a symmetrical surface in the shape of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal openings, and the side surfaces of the lamp have an outline of rectangles containing, on the side edges, vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with a rectangular outline which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened surface fragments imitating their ageing, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arched outlines, the corners containing a set pane of glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element in the shape of a fanciful outline of a wreath with laurel leaves, having a finial in the upper part and an arched strip in the lower part containing the inscription MEMENTO MORI, wherein all decorative elements have a golden surface colour. The sixth type of the votive lamp shown in Fig. 6 has a symmetrical shape with the outline of a stylized cuboid having a characteristic symmetrical base having a stepped outline of horizontal elements on the side surfaces and also on the symmetrical supports placed on the corners, the lower surfaces of which have an outline extending beyond the outline of the base and the remaining elements on the surface converge upwards, whereby the horizontal elements on the side surfaces converge upwards and decrease upwards, while in the upper part it has the outline of a stylized pyramid with a rectangular base and having on the symmetrical side surfaces a stepped outline with a radial outline and in the upper part the outline of a stylized cuboid having on the side surfaces two holes with the outline of stylized triangles, and at the lower rim an outline of a rectangle extended beyond the outline of the lamp containing a strip and above a stepped outline converging upwards, under which there is a symmetrical surface with the outline of a stylised rectangle with a concave-arched surface having a series of parallel and vertical longitudinal holes, and the side surfaces of the lamp have an outline of rectangles containing on the side edges vertical elements with a series of longitudinal elements with the outline of rectangles which are divided by recesses in the form of horizontal stripes, wherein the external surfaces and external decorative elements have a golden surface colour with darkened fragments of the surface imitating their aging, while on the symmetrical side surfaces the lamp has rectangular openings with arced outlines, the corners containing a mounted glass on the surface of which rests a decorative element with the outline of two fanciful flowers having a surface of small red balls and green leaves.
