Znanych jest wiele wzorów szklanych oslon zniczy, wykonanych ze szkla bezbarwnego badz kolorowego, które na swej powierzchni posiadaja wklesle badz wypukle elementy ozdobne obejmuja- ce motywy religijne, roslinne badz abstrakcyjne. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach ozdobnych, jak równiez zastosowanym materialem szklanym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane oslony znicza w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane oslony znicza w widoku z dolu, Fig. 3 przestawia pierwsza odmiane oslony znicza w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia druga odmiane oslony znicza w widoku z przodu, a Fig. 5 przedstawia dru- ga odmiane oslony znicza w widoku z góry. Many designs of glass grave lantern covers are known, made of clear or colored glass, which feature concave or convex decorative elements on their surfaces, including religious, floral, or abstract motifs. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape and decorative elements, as well as the glass material used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the candle light cover in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the candle light cover in a bottom view, Fig. 3 shows the first variant of the candle light cover in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the candle light cover in a front view, and Fig. 5 shows the second variant of the candle light cover in a top view. The first type of candle cover shown in Fig. 1-3 has a three-part structure. Its main central section, significantly larger than the other sections, is an approximately spherical element, the lower section of which merges into a lower sleeve-like section, and the upper section merges into an upper sleeve-like section. The central spherical section is ornamented with convex elements roughly shaped like isosceles right-angled triangles, arranged with their sides side by side, adjacent to the right and left sides, respectively, creating a geometric grid pattern, with radial transitions between the elements. The grid pattern evokes associations with a star or floral motif. A single mesh element is approximately a quadrilateral, divided diagonally and halfway along its sides into eight convex triangular elements, with the intersection of the lines dividing the quadrilateral being flat and somewhat resembling a small circle. The width and height of the individual quadrilateral mesh elements, and consequently the length of the sides of the triangular elements from which they are composed, vary depending on their location on the candle's casing – elements located at the top and bottom of the sphere are smaller, while elements located in the center of the sphere are larger. Above the first horizontal row of quadrilateral elements there is a strip of convex elements in the shape of approximately right-angled triangles, arranged with their sides next to each other, respectively the legs and hypotenuses, thus completing the pattern of quadrilateral elements in the grid, but a single element of this strip is approximately a quadrilateral composed of two of the aforementioned convex triangular elements touching each other at their hypotenuses. The length of the leg of this quadrilateral element is similar to the length of the two legs of the convex triangular elements made up of quadrilateral mesh elements that contact it from below, which causes the mesh composed of quadrilateral convex elements to be shifted relative to the upper band of elements by approximately half the side of the quadrilateral mesh element (i.e. one leg of the triangular field). In its lower part, the spherical part transitions into the lower sleeve-like part through a flange with a shape close to a frustoconical and a transition, while in its upper part it transitions into the upper sleeve-like part through a flange with a shape close to a frustoconical, wherein preferably the flanges have a slightly radial shape, and the transitions between the sleeves and the flanges are radial. The lower sleeve part is closed on one side, forming the bottom of the grave candle enclosure, while the upper sleeve part is open, acting as an entrance opening and allowing the insertion of a grave candle insert or the attachment of a wick and the filling of the grave candle enclosure with fuel. The second version of the grave candle enclosure, shown in Figures 4 and 5, has a similar structure to the first version, except that its grid field, composed of quadrilateral elements divided into triangular elements, is not terminated at the top with a strip of triangular elements, but ends with short extensions of the transitions between the triangular elements, these transitions constituting the diagonals of the quadrilateral elements. The grave candle enclosure is made of glass, preferably so-called frosted glass. The glass may be colorless or colored. The cover of a candle of the shape described can also be made of plastic. On the lower sleeve part decorative elements and a base element can be attached, while on the upper sleeve part decorative elements and a cap can be attached, all these additional elements can be made of various materials.PL 20897 3 Essential features of the industrial design The first version of the grave candle cover having a three-part structure, shown in the illustrations Fig. 1-3 is characterized in that: - the main central part, significantly larger than the remaining parts, is an approximately spherical element, the lower part of which passes into the lower sleeve part, and the upper part passes into the upper sleeve part, wherein the central spherical part has ornamentation in the form of convex elements in the shape of approximately isosceles right-angled triangles, arranged with their sides next to each other, respectively the legs and hypotenuses, forming a geometric mesh pattern, between which elements there are radial transitions, - a single mesh element is approximately a quadrilateral divided diagonally and halfway along its sides into eight convex triangular elements, preferably the intersection of the lines dividing the quadrilateral is flat and has a shape somewhat similar to a small circle, the width and height of the individual quadrilateral mesh elements, and consequently the length of the sides of the triangular elements they are made of, varies depending on the location on the candle's cover - the elements located in the upper and lower part of the sphere are smaller, while the elements located in the middle part of the sphere are larger, - above the first horizontal row of quadrilateral elements there is a strip of convex elements in the shape of approximately right-angled triangles, arranged with their sides next to each other, respectively the legs and hypotenuses, thus supplementing the pattern of quadrilateral elements in the mesh, with the proviso that a single element of this strip is approximately a quadrilateral composed of two of the aforementioned convex triangular elements touching each other with their hypotenuses, the length of the leg of this quadrilateral element is close to the length of the two legs of the convex triangular elements touching it from below from the quadrilateral mesh elements, which causes the mesh composed of quadrilateral convex elements to be shifted in relation to the upper strip of elements by approximately half the side of the quadrilateral mesh element (i.e. one leg of the triangular field), - the spherical part of this cover in its lower part passes into the lower sleeve part through a flange with a shape close to a truncated cone and a transition, while in its upper part passes into the upper sleeve part through a collar with a shape close to a truncated cone, wherein preferably the collars have a slightly radial shape and the transitions between the sleeves and the collars are radial, while the lower sleeve part is closed on one side, forming the bottom of the grave candle cover, and the upper sleeve part is open, acting as an entrance hole and allowing the insertion of a grave candle insert or the attachment of a wick and the filling of the grave candle cover with fuel, - the grave candle cover is made of glass, preferably of so-called frosted glass, or of plastic.
