PLThe essence of the industrial design is a new form of the lantern's cover, manifested in its shape and decorative elements. Funeral lanterns are known in which the covers, shaped like various interconnected spatial figures, feature reliefs and indentations. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cover in an axonometric view with the lateral part of the decoration, Fig. 2 shows the decoration from the front, and Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 show it in successive horizontal sections. The lantern's cover, according to the industrial design, is a combination of a prism with a rectangular base with rounded edges, connected to a sphere with symmetrically cut bowls. The prism-shaped portion of the casing features a decoration at the bottom in the form of recesses running along a partial ellipse, each overlapping the other, giving the impression of a convex braid-like weave. The sphere-shaped portion also features recesses running along a partial ellipse, with this decoration starting from two parallel vertical lines, creating a mirror image of the decorations on either side, resembling diagonal bulges. The entire piece is capped by a two-piece cylindrical collar. Essential features of the industrial design The candle cover according to the industrial design is a combination of a prism-shaped column with a rectangular base with rounded edges connected to a sphere with symmetrically cut off bowls, the bottom of which in the prism-shaped part has a decoration in the form of recesses running along part of an ellipse, each of them overlapping, which gives the impression of a convex weave similar to a braid, while the spherical part also has recesses running along part of an ellipse, this decoration starting from two vertical lines parallel to each other, creating a mirror image of the decorations similar to diagonal bulges on both sides, and the whole is closed with a two-element cylindrical collar as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
