Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych rysun- kach od fig.1 do fig.4, na których fig.1 i fig.2 to oslona ze zdobieniem w postaci serca, fig.3 i fig.4 w postaci serca ozdobionego girlanda. Oslona znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest splaszczona kula z symetrycznymi naprzeciwleglymi odcieciami czaszy osadzonej na wysokiej walcowej podstawie z pierscieniowym wystepem u dolu. Na splaszczonej czesci kuli oslona jest zdobiona sercem. Calosc zakonczona jest kolnierzem skladajacym sie z dwóch pierscieni jak pokazano na fig.1 do fig.4. Known tombstone lanterns are cylindrical or spherical, with walls decorated with embossing resembling various geometric figures. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 depict a cover with a heart-shaped decoration, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 depict a heart adorned with a garland. The lantern's cover, according to the industrial design, is a flattened sphere with symmetrical, opposing cutouts of the bowl mounted on a tall, cylindrical base with an annular protrusion at the bottom. On the flattened part of the sphere, the cover is decorated with a heart. The entire piece is finished with a collar consisting of two rings, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. The votive candle cover is available in variants that differ in the type of decoration on the sides. The first variant, shown in Fig. 1 in the front view and Fig. 2 in the side view, has a high, cylindrical base with a wide ring at the bottom. A flattened sphere sits on top of this, with a convex heart on the flattened surface, with steps running parallel to its outline, emphasizing the convexity. The longer sides flow gently to the sides. The second variant, shown in Fig. 3 in the front view and Fig. 4 in the side view, has a high base with a wide ring at the bottom. On it sits a flattened sphere, on the flattened surface of which sits a convex heart decorated with a garland of leaves. The longer sides of the heart extend into the sides of the cover, and inside the heart, a flame is visible, its convexity and shape emphasized by steps. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The cover of the candle lantern, according to the industrial design, is a flattened sphere with symmetrical, opposing cutouts of the bowl mounted on a tall, cylindrical base with an annular protrusion at the bottom, and a heart-shaped decoration on the flattened part of the sphere. The whole is topped with a collar consisting of two rings, as shown in Figures 1 to 4. 2. The cover of the candle in the first variant is a flattened sphere with symmetrical opposite cut-outs of the bowl mounted on a high cylindrical base with an annular protrusion at the bottom, and on the flattened part of the sphere the cover is decorated with a convex heart with recesses running parallel to its outline, emphasizing the convexity, and its longer sides pass in a gentle arc to the sides of the cover as shown in fig. 1 and 2.3. The second version of the votive candle cover has a high cylindrical base with a wide ring at the bottom and on it sits a flattened sphere, on the flattened sphere there is a convex heart decorated with a garland of leaves, the longer sides of which pass to the sides of the cover and inside it there is a drawing of a flame, emphasizing its convexity and shape with steps as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
