Lampion - róza Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 26 maja 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion - róza, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie jako obudowa swiatla nagrobnego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac lampionu przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, elementach zdobienia i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - przedstawiajacym lampion - róza w widoku ogólnym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej lampion w widoku od czola.- Lampion - róza, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany, korzystnie z barwionego lub bezbarwnego ale pizezroczystego szkla.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze lampion jest uksztaltowany w formie otwartej od góry bryly, zaopatrzonej u góry w kolnierz 1 z obwodowymi wypuklosciami. Górna czesc lampionu ma postac banki 2 polaczonej z podstawa 3, przy czym banka 2 przypomina w swym ksztalcie zwiniety kielich kwiatu rózy. Podstawa 3 lampionu przypomina w swym ksztalcie stozek, którego boczna scianka 4 jest wyprofilowana nieco lukowo a u dolu posiada uskok 5, ponizej którego przechodzi w krazek 6. U góry stozkowej podstawy 3 znajduje sie ozdobny wieniec 7. Wieniec 7 ma postac obwodowej wypuklosci, na której sa rozmieszczone równomiernie, jeden obok drugiego nadlewy § w ksztalcie pólkuli. Pomiedzy wiencem 7 a dolna czescia 9 stozka znajduja sie zdobienia 10 o zarysie odwróconej litery „V", usytuowane w pewnych odstepach jeden od drugiego. Motywy 10 sa utworzone z nadlewów w formie pólkuli, usytuowanych jeden obok drugiego.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since May 26, 2003. The industrial design is a rose lantern, primarily used as a housing for a grave light. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the lantern is manifested in its shape, decorative elements, and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing a general view of the rose lantern, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the lantern from the front. The rose lantern, in accordance with the industrial design, is made, preferably of colored or colorless but transparent glass. The essential features of the industrial design include that the lantern is shaped as a solid open at the top, provided with a collar 1 with circumferential protrusions at the top. The upper part of the lantern is in the form of a bowl 2 connected to a base 3, with the bowl 2 resembling the rolled-up calyx of a rose flower. The base 3 of the lantern resembles a cone in shape, the side wall 4 of which is slightly arched and has a step 5 at the bottom, below which it turns into a disc 6. At the top of the conical base 3 there is a decorative wreath 7. The wreath 7 has the form of a circumferential convexity, on which hemispherical lugs § are evenly arranged, one next to the other. Between the wreath 7 and the lower part 9 of the cone there are decorations 10 in the shape of an inverted "V", located at certain intervals from each other.
