Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu, linii, konturów oraz ornamentacji butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- nastepna butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3- kolejna butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.4- butelke fig.l w widoku z przodu, fig.5- butelke z fig.l w widoku z boku, fig.6- butelke z fig.l w widoku z góry, fig.7- butelke z fig.l w widoku z dolu, fig.8- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z przodu, fig.9- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z boku, fig.10- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z góry, a fig.11- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z dolu.Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki ma ksztalt bryly obejmujacej kolejno od dolu segment w ksztalcie walca z wypukla sciana boczna, okolo dwukrotnie wyzszy segment w ksztalcie walca z wklesla sciana boczna pokryta ozdobnym ornamentem, segment w ksztalcie walca z wypukla sciana boczna, którego wysokosc jest zblizona do wysokosci pierwszego segmentu, oraz segment górny w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego wysokosc jest zblizona do wysokosci segmentu z ozdobnym ornamentem. Ozdobny ornament ma zarys falistych linii przebiegajacych obwodowo i ulozonych jedna nad druga, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l oraz od fig.4 do fig.7. Nastepna butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki ma ksztalt bryly, w której segment srodkowy ma ksztalt walca z wklesla sciana boczna pokryta ozdobnym ornamentem majacym zarys linii falistych przebiegajacych obwodowo i ulozonych jedna nad druga, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.2 oraz od fig.8 do fig.11. Kolejna butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki ma ksztalt bryly obejmujacej kolejno od dolu segment w ksztalcie walca z wypukla sciana boczna, okolo dwukrotnie wyzszy segment w ksztalcie walca z wklesla sciana boczna pokryta ozdobnym ornamentem, segment w ksztalcie walca z wypukla sciana boczna, którego wysokosc jest zblizona do wysokosci pierwszego segmentu, oraz segment górny w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego wysokosc jest zblizona do wysokosci segmentu z ozdobnym ornamentem. Ozdobny ornament ma zarys falistych linii przebiegajacych obwodowo i ulozonych jedna nad druga. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the characteristics of the bottle's shape, lines, contours, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows a bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the next bottle in a perspective view, fig. 3 - the next bottle in a perspective view, fig. 4 - the bottle of fig. 1 in a front view, fig. 5 - the bottle from fig. 1 in a side view, fig. 6 - the bottle from fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 7 - the bottle from fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 8 - the bottle from fig. 2 in a front view, fig. 9 - the bottle from fig. 2 in a side view, fig. 10 - the bottle from fig. 2 in a top view, and fig. 11 - the bottle from fig. 2 in a bottom view. The bottle according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the body of the bottle has the shape of a solid encompassing from the bottom a segment in the shape of a cylinder with a convex wall a side segment, approximately twice as high, in the shape of a cylinder with a concave side wall covered with a decorative ornament; a cylindrical segment with a convex side wall, the height of which is similar to that of the first segment; and an upper segment in the shape of a truncated cone, the height of which is similar to that of the segment with the decorative ornament. The decorative ornament has an outline of wavy lines running circumferentially and arranged one above the other, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 to Fig. 7. The next bottle, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the body of the bottle has the shape of a block, in which the central segment is in the shape of a cylinder with a concave side wall covered with a decorative ornament having the outline of wavy lines running circumferentially and arranged one above the other, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2 and from Fig. 8 to Fig. 11. Another bottle according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the bottle body has the shape of a solid comprising, from the bottom, a cylindrical segment with a convex side wall, an approximately twice as high cylindrical segment with a concave side wall covered with a decorative ornament, a cylindrical segment with a convex side wall whose height is similar to the height of the first segment, and an upper segment in the shape of a truncated cone, the height of which is similar to the height of the segment with the decorative ornament. The decorative ornament has an outline of wavy lines running circumferentially and arranged one above the other.
