Podstawka ozdobiona liscmi ] Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka ozdobiona liscmi, przypominajacymi liscie akantu, a takze jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania w niej w szczególnosci zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l i la, natomiast fig.2 i 2a - przedstawiaja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. Wyka z odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) podstawka - fig.l i la, 2) podstawka dodatkowo oslonieta liscmi akantu - fig. 2 i 2a. Cech a istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 i la - podstawki - jest to, ze: — stanowi ja element, którego dolny obrys przypomina pieciobok o nieznacznie wkleslych bokach, na srodku którego umieszczony jest okragly otwór, — scianki tego elementu, powyzej jego dolnej krawedzi wznosza sie pionowo do góry, tworzac zgrubienie przypominajace cokól, a nastepnie wznosza sie i zbiegaja sie do srodkowego otworu obwiedzionego pierscieniem, — we wszystkich pieciu narozach opisanego elementu ulozone zostaly dekoracje przypominajace liscie i kwiat akantu, — przy czym w centralnej czesci kazdej z tych dekoracji umieszczono czerwony punkt, imitujacy rubin. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustrations 1 and 1a, while figs. 2 and 2a present its next form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. A list of the variants of the industrial design: 1) stand - figs. 1 and 1a, 2) stand additionally covered with acanthus leaves - figs. 2 and 2a. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and 1a - the base - is that: - it is an element whose lower outline resembles a pentagon with slightly concave sides, in the center of which there is a round hole, - the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise vertically upwards, creating a bulge resembling a plinth, and then rise and converge to the central hole surrounded by a ring, - in all five corners of the described element there are decorations resembling acanthus leaves and flowers, - in the central part of each of these decorations there is a red point imitating a ruby.
