Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.3 i fig.4 - ilustruja barwne odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiany przedstawione zostaly w widoku z przodu. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design, with Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 illustrating color variants of the industrial design. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - the decoration - is that: - it consists essentially of a convex element imitating the shape of a heart held by two hands, wherein - the heart is girdled in its upper part with intertwined thorny branches, and a rosary with a cross is suspended between the thumbs. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration fig. 3 - a colorful decoration - is that: — it essentially consists of a convex element imitating the shape of a heart held in two hands, wherein — the heart is girded in its upper part with intertwined thorny branches, and a rosary with a cross is suspended between the thumbs; — the heart is made essentially in red, while the remaining elements are in the color of rubbed old gold. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration fig. 4 - a colorful decoration with a flower - is that: — it essentially consists of a convex element imitating the shape of a heart held in two hands, wherein — the heart is girded in its upper part with intertwined thorny branches, and a rosary with a cross is suspended between the thumbs; — above the heart, this element is visible, placed centrally and essentially vertically, in the shape of a flower with leaves; — the entire element is made essentially in the color of rubbed old gold.
