Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka (podstawka) dla swiec „kalla", wykonana z przezroczystego lub nieprzezroczystego materialu, niezaleznie od zastosowanego koloru oslonki. Fig. 1 przedstawia widok oslonki z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia widok oslonki z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia widok z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia widok oslonki z dolu. Oslonka „kalla" ma ksztalt otwartego kwiatu nawiazujacego ksztaltem do kwiatu kallii (kalia, kalla, zantedeschia) posadowionego na dopasowanej podstawce. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: – brzegi oslonki maja nierówna linie i sa charakterystycznie gofrowane, nawiazujac do wygladu i ksztaltu naturalnych brzegów kwiatu kalla; – ksztalt oslonki lekko sie zawija i zamyka sie w formie kielicha, nawiazujac w ten sposób do naturalnego ksztaltu kielicha kwiatu kalla; – ksztalt oslonki zweza sie od góry do dolu, dochodzac do podstawki; – ksztalt oslonki (w widoku z góry) ma nieregularny ksztalt, wydluzony z jednej strony, uniesionej w góre w porównaniu do strony przeciwnej; – w srodku oslonki znajduje sie puste miejsce na umieszczenie swiecy; – podstawka pod oslonke ma nieregularny ksztalt nawiazujacy do wygladu liscia i owija sie wokól dolnej czesci oslonki. Fig. 1 shows a front view of the cover, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the cover, Fig. 3 shows a top view, Fig. 4 shows a bottom view of the cover. The "calla" cover has the shape of an open flower resembling a calla flower (calla, zantedeschia) placed on a matching stand. Essential features of the industrial design: – the edges of the cover have an uneven line and are characteristically embossed, referring to the appearance and shape of the natural edges of a calla flower; – the shape of the cover slightly curls and closes in the form of a calyx, thus referring to the natural shape of the calyx of the calla flower; – the shape of the cover narrows from top to bottom, reaching the base; – the shape of the cover (in top view) has an irregular shape, elongated on one side, which is raised upwards compared to the opposite side; – in the center of the cover there is an empty space for placing a candle; – the base for the cover has an irregular shape, referring to the appearance of a leaf, and wraps around the lower part of the cover.
