Bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego znicz odznacza sie od znanych, zblizonych postaciowo wyrobów nowym ksztaltem, rysunkiem linii, wzornictwem. The torch, which is the subject of an industrial design, is distinguished by a new shape, line drawing and design from well-known, similar products.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia znicz w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – znicz w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 – znicz w rzucie aksonometrycznym. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the torch in a front view, Fig. 2 - the torch in a top view, and Fig. 3 - an axonometric view.

Znicz sklada sie z klosza osadzonego na podstawie oraz nasadzonej na klosz zdejmowanej pokrywy. The candle consists of a lampshade mounted on the base and a removable cover attached to the lampshade.

Klosz znicza ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt owalny ze scietymi powierzchniami bocznymi, stylizowany na ksztalt kwiatu tulipana. Z przodu i z tylu jest umieszczone po jednym elemencie ozdobnym stylizowanym na ksztalt tulipana. Klosz jest zakonczony od góry poziomym elementem zdobniczym stanowiacym kulke od której na boki odchodza rozszerzajace sie elementy zakonczone wolutami stylizowanymi na styl jonski. The lampshade of the candle has an oval cross-section with truncated side surfaces, stylized in the shape of a tulip flower. At the front and at the back there is one decorative element stylized in the shape of a tulip. The lampshade is finished at the top with a horizontal decorative element, which is a ball from which extending elements extend to the sides, ending with volutes stylized in the Ionian style.

Podstawa znicza jest utworzona przez warstwe kulista zakonczona od góry walcem, na bocznych powierzchniach której sa obwodowo umieszczone elementy ozdobne utworzone z na przemian ulozonych w góre i dól lisci. The base of the torch is formed by a spherical layer ending with a cylinder at the top, on the side surfaces of which are circumferentially placed decorative elements made of alternately arranged up and down leaves.

Pokrywa ma ksztalt stozka o podstawie kola z wyoblonymi na zewnatrz bokami zakonczonego od góry walcem, na powierzchni którego to stozka osiowo jest umieszczony czterolistny kwiat, zas od dolu z przodu i z tylu znajduje sie pólokragle wyciecie.
