Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znicz elektryczny stosowany zwlaszcza w miejscach kultu religijnego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ozdobnym uksztaltowaniu powierzchni bocznej korpusu oraz ksztalcie plomienia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia znicz w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, fig. 2 -znicz w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - znicz w widoku z góry. Znicz elektryczny posiada korpus w ksztalcie walca zakonczony od dolu plaska powierzchnia, zas od góry zakonczony kolnierzem. Na górnej wypuklej powierzchni kolnierza umieszczony jest pierscien stanowiacy podstawe klosza. Klosz ma ksztalt zblizony do plomienia swiecy. Boczna powierzchnia korpusu posiada niewielkie pionowe wglebienia rozmieszczone w jednakowych odstepach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Korpus znicza od góry zakonczony jest kolnierzem. Na kolnierzu umieszczony jest pierscien, na którym umieszczony jest klosz w ksztalcie zblizonym do plomienia swiecy. Boczna powierzchnia korpusu posiada niewielkie pionowe wglebienia rozmieszczone w jednakowych odstepach jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 do 3. The essence of the industrial design is the novelty of the object, manifested in the decorative shape of the body's side surface and the shape of the flame. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the votive candle in a perspective view from above and from the side, Fig. 2 shows the votive candle in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows the votive candle in a top view. The electric votive candle has a cylindrical body with a flat bottom surface and a collar at the top. A ring is placed on the upper, convex surface of the collar, forming the base of the lampshade. The lampshade has a shape similar to a candle flame. The lateral surface of the body has small vertical recesses spaced at regular intervals. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The votive candle's body is collared at the top. A ring is placed on the collar, on which a lampshade is placed, shaped similarly to a candle flame. The side surface of the body has small vertical recesses spaced at equal intervals, as shown in Figures 1 to 3.
