Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znicz elektryczny stosowany zwlaszcza w miejscach kultu religijnego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ozdobnym uksztaltowaniu powierzchni bocznej korpusu oraz ksztalcie plomienia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia znicz w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, fig. 2 – znicz w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 – znicz w widoku z góry. Znicz elektryczny posiada korpus w ksztalcie walca zakonczony od dolu plaska powierzchnia, zas od góry zakonczony kolnierzem. Na górnej wypuklej powierzchni kolnierza umieszczony jest klosz. Klosz ma ksztalt zblizony do plomienia swiecy, przy czym dolna czesc klosza ma ksztalt pier- scienia. Boczna powierzchnia korpusu posiada niewielkie pionowe wglebienia rozmieszczone w jed- nakowych odstepach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Klosz ma ksztalt zblizony do plomienia swiecy, przy czym dolna czesc klosza ma ksztalt pier- scienia. Boczna powierzchnia korpusu posiada niewielkie pionowe wglebienia rozmieszczone w jed- nakowych odstepach jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 do 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the decorative shape of the side surface of the body and the shape of the flame. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the lantern in a perspective view from above and from the side, Fig. 2 – the lantern in a front view, Fig. 3 – the lantern in a top view. The electric lantern has a cylindrical body with a flat surface at the bottom and a collar at the top. A lampshade is placed on the upper convex surface of the collar. The lampshade has a shape similar to a candle flame, with the lower part of the lampshade having the shape of a ring. The side surface of the body has small vertical recesses arranged at equal intervals.
