Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klosz znicza elektrycznego przeznaczonego do stoso- wania zwlaszcza na cmentarzach czy miejscach kultu religijnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac klosza znicza elektrycznego przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych mu oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klosz znicza elektrycznego w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 klosz znicza elektrycznego w widoku z boku, fig. 3 klosz znicza elektrycznego w widoku z góry a fig. 4 klosz w widoku aksonometrycznym od dolu. Klosz znicza elektrycznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt charakterystycznego, nie- symetrycznego w przekroju wzdluznym plomienia. Klosz umiejscawiany jest na górnej powierzchni pojemnika na baterie lub inne zródla energii lub na jego wieczku i moze stanowic z pojemnikiem lub osadzonym na nim wieczkiem monolityczna calosc. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an electric lantern lampshade manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes giving it an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the lampshade for an electric lantern in a front view, Fig. 2 the lampshade for an electric lantern in a side view, Fig. 3 the lampshade for an electric lantern in a top view and Fig. 4 the lampshade in an axonometric view from below. The lampshade for an electric lantern according to the industrial design has the shape of a characteristic flame, asymmetrical in longitudinal cross-section. The lampshade is placed on the upper surface of the battery or other energy source container or on its lid and may constitute a monolithic whole together with the container or the lid mounted on it. The lampshade covers the LED diode or other light source placed under the lampshade and together with the container or the container and the lid creates an electric lantern. The use of the lampshade according to the industrial design in an electric lantern allows to obtain the effect of a naturally burning candle. Essential features of the industrial design The lampshade of the electric lantern according to the industrial design has the shape of a characteristic flame, asymmetrical in the longitudinal cross-section.
