Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znicz elektryczny stosowany zwlaszcza w miejscach kultu religijnego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ozdobnym uksztaltowaniu powierzchni bocznej korpusu oraz klosza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony w dwóch odmianach na rysunku, na którym fig. 1.1 do 1.4 przedstawia pierwsza postac znicza z wglebieniami na kloszu skreconymi w prawo, natomiast fig. 2.1 do 2.4 przedstawia druga postac znicza z wglebieniami na kloszu skreconymi w lewo, przy czym fig. 1.1 i 2.1 przedstawiaja znicz w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, fig. 1.2 i 2.2 - znicz w widoku z przodu, fig. 1.3 i 2.3 - znicz w widoku z boku, zas fig. 1.4 i 2.4 - znicz w widoku z góry. Znicz elektryczny posiada korpus w ksztalcie walca zakonczony od dolu plaska powierzchnia, zas od góry powierzchnia stozkowa. Na szczycie górnej powierzchni stozkowej korpusu umieszczony jest klosz w ksztalcie zblizonym do plomienia swiecy. Boczna powierzchnia korpusu posiada niewielkie pionowe wglebienia rozmieszczone w jednakowych odstepach. Boczna powierzchnia klosza posiada wglebienia przebiegajace ukosnie od podstawy do wierzcholka. Pierwsza odmiana znicza posiada wglebienia na kloszu skrecone w prawo. Druga odmiana znicza posiada wglebienia na kloszu skrecone w lewo. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Boczna powierzchnia korpusu posiada niewielkie pionowe wglebienia rozmieszczone w jedna- kowych odstepach. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the candle, manifested in the decorative shaping of the side surfaces of the body and shade. The industrial design is presented in two versions in the drawing, in which Figs. 1.1 to 1.4 show the first form of the candle with the recesses on the shade twisted to the right, while Figs. 2.1 to 2.4 show the second form of the candle with the recesses on the shade twisted to the left. Figs. 1.1 and 2.1 show the candle in perspective views from above and from the side, Figs. 1.2 and 2.2 show the candle in front view, Figs. 1.3 and 2.3 show the candle in side view, and Figs. 1.4 and 2.4 show the candle in top view. The electric lantern has a cylindrical body with a flat bottom and a conical top. Atop the upper conical surface of the body is a shade shaped similar to a candle flame. The side surface of the body has small vertical recesses spaced at equal intervals. The side surface of the shade has recesses running diagonally from the base to the top. The first variety of lantern has recesses on the shade twisted to the right. The second variety of lantern has recesses on the shade twisted to the left.
