Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. barwna odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiana przedstawione zostaly w widoku z przodu. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) dekoracja-fig.1, 2) barwna dekoracja - fig.2. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1 - dekoracji - jest to, ze: — stanowi ja zasadniczo wypukly element imitujacy ksztaltem sanie ciagniete przez dwa bedace w biegu renifery, przy czym na samach widoczny jest roslinny motyw dekoracyjny. W saniach widoczny jest siedzacy Mikolaj z dluga broda, ubrany w plaszcz i czapke z pomponem, który jedna reka trzyma lejce, natomiast w drugiej rece - wyciagnietej do góry - trzyma zwrócony do góry dzwoneczek. Za Mikolajem, z boku widoczne sa niewielkie choinki. Pod saniami widoczny jest fantazyjny motyw dekoracyjny. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. W saniach widoczny jest siedzacy Mikolaj z dluga broda, ubrany w plaszcz i czapke z pomponem, który jedna reka trzyma- 2 - lejce, natomiast w drugiej rece - wyciagnietej do góry - trzyma zwrócony do góry dzwoneczek. Za Mikolajem, z boku widoczne sa niewielkie choinki. Pod saniami widoczny jest fantazyjny motyw dekoracyjny, przy czym — wypukla czesc elementu wykonana jest zasadniczo w kolorze przecieranego starego zlota, natomiast plaszcz i czapka Mikolaja sa w kolorze czerwonym, podobnie jak czesc motywu roslinnego, zas liscie motywu oraz choinki wykonane sa w przecieranym kolorze zielonym. Poroze reniferów, a takze obszycia plaszcza i czapki oraz f u tro wyscielajace sanie, a takze fantazyjny motyw dekoracyjny pod saniami - sa w kolorze srebrnym.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLD e c o r a t i o n The subject of the industrial design is a decoration and its variants, intended for placement, in particular, on the bases of grave candles, candles, and oil lamps. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration Fig. 1, while Fig. 2 presents its next form, i.e., a colored variant of the industrial design, with both the design and its variant being presented in a front view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration Fig. 1 - the decoration - is that: — it essentially consists of a convex element imitating the shape of a sleigh pulled by two running reindeer, with a floral decorative motif visible on the sleigh itself. In the sleigh, a long-bearded Santa Claus is seen, wearing a coat and a pompom hat. He holds the reins with one hand and a bell pointing upwards in his other hand, which is extended upwards. Small Christmas trees are visible to the side. A fanciful decorative motif is visible beneath the sleigh. The three-dimensional form of the design is being submitted for protection, without any color designation. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2—the colorful decoration—is that: — it essentially consists of a convex element imitating the shape of a sleigh pulled by two running reindeer, with a floral decorative motif visible on the sleigh. In the sleigh, a long-bearded Santa Claus is seen, wearing a coat and a pompom hat. He holds the reins with one hand and a bell pointing upwards in his other hand, which is extended upwards. Behind Santa, small Christmas trees are visible to the side. A fanciful decorative motif is visible beneath the sleigh, with the convex portion of the element essentially finished in a distressed antique gold color. Santa's coat and hat are red, as is part of the floral motif. The leaves of the motif and the Christmas tree are finished in a distressed green color.
