Ozdoba znicza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza i jej odmiany, przeznaczone do umieszczania jej w szczególnosci na podstawkach zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1 oraz fig. 1a, natomiast fig.2 i fig.3 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.2 i fig.3 - przedstawiaja barwna postac wzoru i jego odmiany. Na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.2 przedstawiono wzór i jego odmiane w widoku z przodu, natomiast na ilustracji fig.1a wzór pokazany jest w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, zas na ilustracji fig.4 przedstawiono odmiane wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i nieco z boku. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design, with Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 depicting the colored design and its variants. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the design and its variant from a front view, while Fig. 1a shows the design in a perspective view from above, and Fig. 4 shows a variant of the design in a perspective view from above and slightly from the side. List of industrial design variants: 1) grave light ornament - Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) colored grave light ornament - Fig. 2, 3) colored grave light ornament with a stand - Fig. 3. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a—a candle ornament—is that: — it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel visible from the front in the form of a standing woman with spread wings, holding a feather in one hand and the other hand placed over her heart, and — on the sides of the angel's figure, under the wings, a wavy scarf is visible, hanging down to a small base of the element. The three-dimensional form of the design is submitted for protection, without designating the colors. An essential feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 2 - a colorful grave candle ornament - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel visible from the front in the form of a standing woman with spread wings, who holds a feather in one hand, while the hand of the other hand is placed on the heart, whereby - on the sides of the angel figure, under the wings, a wavy scarf is visible, - the element is essentially made in gold-dipped black, whereby - the angel's wings, the feather and the folds of the scarf are essentially made in gold. An essential feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 3 - a colorful grave candle ornament with a stand - is that: - it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of an angel visible from the front in the form of a standing woman with spread wings, who holds a feather in one hand, while the hand of the other hand is placed on the heart, whereby - with On the sides of the angel figure, under the wings, a wavy shawl is visible, hanging down to the small base of the element; — the element is placed vertically on a flat, essentially horizontal filling of the base, from which emerges an asymmetrically placed round ring that limits the opening in the base, wherein — the flat part of the base merges into the side wall of the base, the lower outline of which is an oval; — on the side surface of the base, from the front, feathers are visible, arranged almost symmetrically with respect to each other and slightly overlapping; — both the candle decoration and the base are made essentially in black with a gold wash, wherein — the angel's wings, feathers, and the folds of the shawl are essentially made in silver. hanging down to the small base of the element; silver.
