Dekoracja artystyczna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja artystyczna, przeznaczona do stosowania jako upominek lub bibelot, stanowiacy wyposazenie wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innym. Dekoracja, zgodnie ze wzorem moze równiez pelnic role pucharu okolicznosciowego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - ilustrujacym dekoracje artystyczna w widoku ogólnym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - obrazujacej dekoracje artystyczna w widoku ogólnym. According to the design, the decoration can also function as a commemorative cup. The essence of the design is a new, individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which illustrates a general view of the artistic decoration. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, which shows a general view of the artistic decoration. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, include that the artistic decoration 1 is shaped as a fanciful, irregular shape, widening upwards, the upper part of which is formed by fancifully curled arms 2, resembling braids twisted in the wind. The arms 2 are connected at the top to form a knot 3. The artistic decoration is made of painted glass, where the colors and layers of glass are arranged in fanciful spots and streaks that interpenetrate and overlap.
