Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament ozdobny, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wyroby cukiernicze, korzystnie ciastka i ciasteczka, a takze na dowolne materialy, w tym na opakowania zbiorcze i jednostkowe, zwlaszcza wyrobów cukierniczych. Znane sa ornamenty ozdobne, w tym stosowane na wyrobach cukierniczych, na przyklad na ciastkach i ciasteczkach, zawierajace napisy oraz róznego rodzaju figuratywne elementy, stanowiace kompozycje ozdobne. W odniesieniu do znanych ornamentów ozdobnych stosowanych jako zdobienie wyrobów cukierniczych, korzystnie ciastek, ciasteczek oraz róznego rodzaju opakowan, w tym opakowan wyrobów cukierniczych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz ornamentacji, tworzacych charakterystyczna postac ornamentu ozdobnego, odrózniajaca go w ogólnym wrazeniu od znanych dotychczas ornamentów. Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z napisów „Tago" oraz „Tadeusz Golebiewski", podkreslonych linia przerwana kropka oraz z fantazyjnego elementu graficznego, natomiast zewnetrzna czesc tworzy szereg centrycznie ulozonych okregów, które wewnetrznie u podstawy ozdobione sa wizerunkiem w ksztalcie wienca laurowego. W odmianach ornamentu ozdobnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wewnetrznie znajdowac sie moze napis KALIOPE albo ERATO albo URANIA.Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonywany byc moze na wyrobach cukierniczych, zwlaszcza na ciastkach i ciasteczkach 0 dowolnych ksztaltach oraz na innych wyrobach piekarniczych, a takze na dowolnych materialach, w tym zwlaszcza na opakowaniach, korzystnie przeznaczonych dla tych wyrobów. PLThe subject of an industrial design is a decorative ornament intended for application to confectionery products, preferably biscuits and cookies, as well as to any materials, including collective and individual packaging, especially confectionery products. Ornamental ornaments are known, including those used on confectionery products, for example, biscuits and cookies, containing inscriptions and various figurative elements constituting decorative compositions. In the case of known ornamental ornaments used to decorate confectionery products, preferably biscuits and cookies, and various types of packaging, including confectionery packaging, the novelty and individual character of an industrial design is manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and ornamentation, creating a distinctive form of the ornament, distinguishing it overall from previously known ornaments. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design is a composition consisting of the inscriptions "Tago" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski," underlined by a line interrupted by a dot, and a fanciful graphic element. The outer part is formed by a series of centrally arranged circles, the inner base of which is decorated with an image in the shape of a laurel wreath. Variations of the decorative ornament according to the industrial design may have the inscription KALIOPE, ERATO, or URANIA inside. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design can be made on confectionery products, especially cookies and biscuits of any shape, and on other bakery products, as well as on any materials, especially packaging, preferably intended for these products. A decorative ornament according to the industrial design can be made in any color scheme and in any color combinations and shades of the colors used. The essential features of the decorative ornament according to the industrial design are that it is a composition consisting of internally placed inscriptions, i.e. the inscription "Tago", made in letters with a characteristic font and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, where these inscriptions are underlined with a line interrupted by a dot, as well as an internally placed fanciful graphic element, while the external part of the ornament is formed by a series of centrally arranged circles, which are internally decorated at the base with the image of a laurel wreath, and above the fanciful graphic element there may be the inscription KALIOPE, the inscription ERATO or the inscription URANIA, made in capital letters with a simple font.
