In relation to known, similar products of this type, the decoration that is the subject of the application is a new and individually character-specific form of a decorative element intended for easy manual tying, especially ribbons, in particular on flowers and gifts, with its utility functions manifested in its shape, method of attachment and decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is intended for tying objects, especially flowers or gifts, with a decorative ribbon. The decorative element according to the pattern is placed, for example, on a stem in a visible place by tying it with a ribbon in such a way that the ends of the ribbon come out on the front side of the heart and are tied with a bow, which is an additional decorative element. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustration Fig. 1, which shows the decorative element in a front view. The decorative heart-shaped ornament with a note (leaf) function, intended for easy manual tying of ribbons, especially on flowers and presents, is a plate in the shape of a heart, on which a pair of holes are visible located in the middle at approx. 1/3 of the height from the upper edge of the shape. A decorative ribbon runs through these holes, the ends of which are tied on the front side in a bow, which is a decorative element of the plate. The space around the holes can be used for decoration in the form of a print, inscription, painting, cut-outs or occasional stickers - their content and form do not fall within the scope of the subject matter of the industrial design. Additionally, a hole runs through the interior of the decorative element, into which a rolled-up note is inserted, in such a way that both of its ends protrude beyond the decorative element. The note is used to write on it, for example, wishes or other occasional texts. The decorative element is preferably made of plastic, ceramics, wood or cardboard, in a raw state or covered with a decorative veneer or painted. The colour of the outer layer, the colour of the ribbon, the content, the typeface and the colour of the lettering of occasional texts and the colour of the card are dictated by aesthetic values and their content and form do not constitute essential features of the industrial design as they are selected according to the preferences of the final recipients.
