Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór graficzny i jego odmiany, przeznaczony do umieszczania go na róznego rodzaju wyrobach ceramicznych, papierowych, drewnianych, tekstylnych i z tworzyw sztucznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowy i oryginalny charakter, nawiazujacy do ludowego folkloru góralskiego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia wzór graficzny w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia wzór graficzny w drugiej odmianie. Wzór graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze lub w dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór graficzny ma postac kwadratu z rozmieszczonymi na nim symetrycznie elementami graficznymi w postaci stylizowanych rysunków glowy niedzwiadka, ozdobnych rozetek i galazek stanowiacych kompozycje linii prostych i krzywych ozdobionych stylizowanymi kwiatkami, owocami i listkami. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, symetrycznej wzgledem pionowej osi kwadratu, w srodku kwadratowego pola usytuowany jest rysunek stylizowanej glowy niedzwiadka; ozdobionej rozetkami i stylizowanymi kwiatkami; rysunki identycznej glowy niedzwiadka w mniejszym rozmiarze umieszczone sa w kazdym rogu kwadratowego pola oraz wzdluz lukowo wygietych linii po obu stronach pionowych boków kwadratowego pola; pozostale elementy graficzne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia galazki w postaci linii prostych lub krzywych ozdobione rozetkami, stylizowanymi kwiatkami, owocami i listkami. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, symetrycznej wzgledem pionowej osi kwadratu, w srodku kwadratowego pola usytuowany jest rysunek rozetki, wokól której rozmieszczone sa rysunki czterech glów niedzwiadków ozdobionych rozetkami i stylizowanymi kwiatkami; pozostale elementy graficzne sa tozsame z pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego. The essence of the industrial design is its new and original character, referring to highland folklore. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the graphic design in the first variant, Fig. 2 shows the graphic design in the second variant. The graphic design according to the industrial design can be made in any colour or in any combination of colours. Essential features of the industrial design The graphic design has the form of a square with graphic elements arranged symmetrically on it in the form of stylised drawings of a bear's head, decorative rosettes and twigs constituting a composition of straight and curved lines decorated with stylised flowers, fruits and leaves. In the first version of the industrial design, symmetrical in relation to the vertical axis of the square, in the middle of the square field there is a drawing of a stylized bear head; decorated with rosettes and stylized flowers; drawings of an identical bear head in a smaller size are placed in each corner of the square field and along arc-shaped lines on both sides of the vertical sides of the square field; the remaining graphic elements of the industrial design are branches in the form of straight or curved lines decorated with rosettes, stylized flowers, fruits and leaves. In the second version of the industrial design, symmetrical in relation to the vertical axis of the square, in the middle of the square field there is a drawing of a rosette, around which are placed drawings of four bear heads decorated with rosettes and stylized flowers; the remaining graphic elements are identical to the first version of the industrial design.
