Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klepka parkietowa, korzystnie wykonana z litego drew- na, do wykladania powierzchni podlogi. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac klepki parkietowej na- dana jej przez ksztalt oraz kolorystyke. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia klep- ke parkietowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry przypominajacym prostokat, z którego - syme- trycznie po obu stronach wzdluz dluzszego boku i w odpowiedniej odleglosci, b, od krótszego boku prostokata, c, - usunieto fragment majacy ksztalt trapezu, w którym podstawa krótsza a odpowiada sumie dlugosci dwóch boków b (a = 2b), natomiast kat nachylenia miedzy bokiem b oraz ramieniem x trapezu jest katem rozwartym. Wszystkie krawedzie klepki na jej górnej powierzchni sa nieznacznie sfazowane. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Ksztalt klepki parkietowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pozwala na jej laczenie z kolejnymi klepkami w sposób, w którym boki c sasiednich dwóch klepek przylegaja do siebie, natomiast do boku a jednej klepki przylegaja dwa boki b - po jednym od kazdej kolejnej klepki. Ksztalt klepki parkietowej przedstawionej na Fig. 1 w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry przy- pomina prostokat, z którego - symetrycznie po obu stronach wzdluz dluzszego boku i w odpowiedniej odleglosci, b, od krótszego boku prostokata, c, - usunieto fragment majacy ksztalt trapezu, w którym podstawa krótsza a odpowiada sumie dlugosci dwóch boków b (a = 2b), natomiast kat nachylenia miedzy bokiem b oraz ramieniem x trapezu wynosi 135 stopni. Wszystkie krawedzie klepki na jej gór- nej powierzchni sa nieznacznie sfazowane. W odmianie pierwszej klepka parkietowa o ksztalcie jak pokazano na Fig. 1, dodatkowo jest przedstawiona w kolorze klonu, jak zilustrowano na Fig. 2. W odmianie drugiej klepka parkietowa o ksztalcie jak pokazano na Fig. 1, dodatkowo jest przedstawiona w kolorze egzotycznego drewna - bambusa skrecanego tygrysiego, jak zilustrowano na Fig. 3. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the parquet board given to it by its shape and colours. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the parquet board in an axonometric view from above resembling a rectangle, from which - symmetrically on both sides along the longer side and at an appropriate distance, b, from the shorter side of the rectangle, c, - a fragment in the shape of a trapezium has been removed, in which the shorter base a corresponds to the sum of the lengths of the two sides b (a = 2b), while the angle of inclination between side b and the arm x of the trapezium is an obtuse angle. All edges of the board on its upper surface are slightly bevelled. Fig. 2 - Fig. 11 show the same parquet strip, in perspective view from the top right, in variations in sample colors. Essential features of the industrial design The shape of the parquet strip according to the industrial design allows it to be joined with subsequent strips in a way in which the sides c of two adjacent strips are adjacent to each other, while two sides b are adjacent to side a of one strip - one from each subsequent strip. The shape of the parquet board shown in Fig. 1 in an axonometric view from above resembles a rectangle from which - symmetrically on both sides along the longer side and at an appropriate distance, b, from the shorter side of the rectangle, c, - a fragment in the shape of a trapezium has been removed, in which the shorter base a corresponds to the sum of the lengths of the two sides b (a = 2b), while the angle of inclination between side b and the arm x of the trapezium is 135 degrees. All edges of the board on its upper surface are slightly bevelled. In the first variation, the parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1 is additionally shown in the colour of maple, as illustrated in Fig. 2. In the second variation, the parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1 is additionally shown in the colour of an exotic wood - tiger twisted bamboo, as illustrated in Fig. 3. In the third variation, the parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1 is additionally shown in the colour of an exotic wood - natural twisted bamboo, as illustrated in Fig. 4. In the fourth variation, the parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1 is additionally shown in the colour of an exotic wood - caramel twisted bamboo, as illustrated in Fig. 5. In the fifth variation, the parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1 is additionally shown in the colour of ash, as illustrated in Fig. 6. In the sixth variant, a parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1, and additionally it is shown in the color of oak, as shown in Fig. 7. In the seventh variant, a parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1, is additionally shown in the color of acacia, as shown in Fig. 8. In the eighth variant, a parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1, is additionally shown in the color of exotic wood - teak, as shown in Fig. 9. In the ninth variant, a parquet strip of the shape as shown in Fig. 1, is additionally shown in the color of exotic wood - rosewood, as shown in Fig. 10.
