Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór graficzny i jego odmiany, przeznaczony do umieszczania go na róznego rodzaju wyrobach ceramicznych, papierowych, drewnianych, tekstylnych i z tworzyw sztucznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowy i oryginalny charakter, nawiazujacy do ludowego folkloru góralskiego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia wzór graficzny w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia wzór graficzny w drugiej odmianie. Wzór graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze lub w dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór graficzny ma postac kwadratu z rozmieszczonymi na nim elementami graficznymi w postaci stylizowanych rysunków jelonków, ozdobnych rozetek i galazek stanowiacych kompozycje linii prostych i krzywych ozdobionych stylizowanymi owocami w postaci kropek i stylizowanymi listkami. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, w srodku kwadratowego pola usytuowany jest rysunek stylizowanego jelonka; rysunki trzech identycznych jelonków w trzykrotnie mniejszym rozmiarze znajduja sie w polowie dlugosci kazdego z boków kwadratowego pola, zas cztery rysunki jelonków sa rozmieszczone wzdluz lukowo wygietej linii po obu stronach pionowych boków kwadratowego pola; pozostale elementy graficzne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia galazki w postaci linii prostych lub krzywych ozdobionych rozetkami, stylizowanymi owocami i listkami. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, w srodku kwadratowego pola usytuowany jest rysunek czterech jelonków rozmieszczonych symetrycznie wzgledem osi poziomej; pozostale elementy graficzne sa tozsame z pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego. The essence of the industrial design is its new and original character, referring to highland folklore. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the graphic design in the first variant, Fig. 2 shows the graphic design in the second variant. The graphic design according to the industrial design can be made in any colour or in any combination of colours. Essential features of the industrial design The graphic design has the form of a square with graphic elements arranged on it in the form of stylised drawings of deer, decorative rosettes and twigs constituting a composition of straight and curved lines decorated with stylised fruit in the form of dots and stylised leaves. In the first variant of the industrial design, in the centre of the square field there is a drawing of a stylised deer; drawings of three identical deer in a size three times smaller are located halfway along each side of the square field, while four drawings of deer are arranged along an arc-shaped line on both sides of the vertical sides of the square field; the remaining graphic elements of the industrial design are branches in the form of straight or curved lines decorated with rosettes, stylized fruit and leaves. In the second version of the industrial design, in the middle of the square field there is a drawing of four deer arranged symmetrically in relation to the horizontal axis; the remaining graphic elements are identical to the first version of the industrial design.
