Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór graficzny i jego odmiany, przeznaczony do umieszczania go na róznego rodzaju wyrobach ceramicznych, papierowych, drewnianych, tekstylnych i z tworzyw sztucznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowy i oryginalny charakter, nawiazujacy do ludowego folkloru góralskiego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia wzór graficzny w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia wzór graficzny w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia wzór graficzny w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia wzór graficzny w czwartej odmianie. Wzór graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze lub w dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór graficzny ma postac kwadratu z symetrycznie rozmieszczonymi na nim elementami graficznymi w postaci rysunków róznego rodzaju i róznej wielkosci ozdobnych rozetek oraz rysunków góralskich parzenic i galazek stanowiacych kompozycje linii prostych i krzywych ozdobionych stylizowanymi owocami w postaci kropek i stylizowanymi listkami. The essence of the industrial design is its new and original character, referencing highland folklore. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the graphic design in its first variant, Fig. 2 shows the graphic design in its second variant, Fig. 3 shows the graphic design in its third variant, and Fig. 4 shows the graphic design in its fourth variant. The graphic design based on the industrial design can be made in any color or color combination. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The graphic design is a square with symmetrically arranged graphic elements in the form of drawings of various types and sizes of decorative rosettes, as well as drawings of highlander parzenicas and branches, constituting a composition of straight and curved lines adorned with stylized fruit in the form of dots and stylized leaves. In the first variant of the industrial design, symmetrical about the vertical and horizontal axes of the square, the center of the square field features a drawing of four parzenicas, identical drawings in a smaller format arranged along the side edges of the square field, each of which is set at the end of a branch in the form of a straight or curved line adorned with rosettes, stylized fruit in the form of dots, and stylized leaves. In the second variant of the industrial design, symmetrical about the vertical and horizontal axes of the square, a large rosette is positioned in the center of the square field, and the remaining graphic elements are identical to the first variant of the industrial design. In the third variant of the industrial design, symmetrical about the square's diagonal, the axis of symmetry in the lower left corner features a design of a parynica smaller than the design of the three parynicas placed in the other corners of the square field, with all parynicas connected by straight or curved lines representing stylized branches decorated with rosettes, stylized fruit, and leaves.
