Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowy i oryginalny charakter, nawiazujacy do ludowego folkloru góralskiego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia wzór graficzny w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia wzór graficzny w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia wzór graficzny w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia wzór graficzny w czwartej odmianie. The essence of the industrial design is its new and original character, referencing highland folklore. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the graphic design in its first variant, Fig. 2 shows the graphic design in its second variant, Fig. 3 shows the graphic design in its third variant, and Fig. 4 shows the graphic design in its fourth variant. The graphic design based on the industrial design can be made in any color or color combination. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The graphic design is a square with asymmetrically arranged graphic elements in the form of drawings of variously sized parzenicas, variously sized stylized roosters with drawings of parynicas placed against their background, highlander aciupa (chapages), and branches constituting a composition of curved lines decorated with stylized fruit in the form of dots and stylized leaves. In the first variant of the industrial design, the upper right corner of the square field features a drawing of a parynica, the opposite corner features a drawing of two parynicas, and above them a drawing of two roosters. The upper left corner of the square field and the opposite corner feature drawings of roosters and drawings of highlander aciupa (chapages). In the central part of the square field, below its geometric center, there is a drawing of a parynica; all these graphic elements are connected by branches constituting a composition of curved and straight lines decorated with stylized fruit in the form of dots and stylized leaves. In the second variant of the industrial design, the upper right corner of the square field features a drawing of a rooster, and the upper left corner features a drawing of a parzenica with a ciupaga. The remaining graphic elements, located in the left and lower right corners of the square field, are identical to the first variant, with the stylized fruit in the form of dots and stylized leaves being larger than their counterparts in the first variant. In the third variant of the industrial design, the central part of the square field features a drawing of a large parzenica, while the upper right and lower right corners of the square field feature drawings of roosters and ciupagas. Drawings of roosters also appear in the upper left corner of the square field and below, while the lower left corner of the square field features a drawing of two parzenicas. All these graphic elements are connected by branches, which are a composition of curved and straight lines adorned with stylized fruit in the form of dots and stylized leaves.
